PoE 3.25 Gladiator Build Guide - Best Bleed Lacerate Gladiator in Path of Exile Settlers
The bleed is an ailment that deals 350% of the base physical damage over its duration or three times as much against moving enemies. You can aggravate it to always deal with the full value even against stationary enemies. With the faster ailments, you can make it deal the same amount of damage in half the time. To aggravate the bleed, you can simply allocate the Gladiator ascendancy notable. Repeatedly hit bleeding enemies with fast attacks or use the Tempest Rising boots. You could also opt for the crimson dance keystone to inflict eight stacks of weaker bleed, but it is never worth taking for 99% setups. The Lacerate of Hemorrhage is the strongest skill for this archetype due to its initial massive boost to bleeding damage. Other skills are not that far behind in terms of damage and will often provide much better clear speed. You can also use your movement skills to kill weaker enemies and the gladiator's explosions will clear out the rest of the pack.
Lacerate Gladiator Build Pros & Cons
You will have a very wide variance of minimum and maximum damage, but only the highest instance of bleed will be accounted for your final damage. For the optimal DPS, you should keep applying new Stacks whenever possible but it only matters against bosses or particularly durable enemies. With the lucky chance, you will block 90% of hits. To reduce the damage from hits that get through your block, you should use endurance charges and fortify as well as a decent amount of maximum life. It is also fairly easy to implement spell suppression but it is needed only against Uber bosses or in hardcore environments. The Lacerate has bad area coverage but your blood explosions and fast movement speed will make up for it during clearing. The bleed damage has a great start but pushing over 10 million damage per second is very challenging which is quite fair considering the tanky nature of this archetype. This build is a great PoE 3.25 league starter with minimal gear requirements and lots of room for improvements as you amass more currency.
