No.1 Cyclone of Tumult Slayer
Cyclone of Tumult Slayer is everyone’s favorite build in Path of Exile Settlers of Kalguur League. It was an absolute delight to play this one. Now it feels really powerful all the time almost as we used to feel on bosses with the ancestral totems. Now we even have the reworked banners for the extra DPS during boss fights. The pro of this build is its clear speed. It's just amazing to be always moving and messing with all the poor enemies on the way. The boss's damage is also incredible. Once the build is done, you're going to kill even the big bosses in just a matter of seconds. Above all of that, this build is very simple and easy to put together. This build has great survivability once it's done. But when you're leveling your character, you need to pace your progression because you're always very close to enemies. If you're not prepared, you are going to die.

No.2 Poisonous Conction Slayer
Poisonous Conction Slayer is a top 10 best Path of Exile 3.25 league slayer whether that's on SC trade, HC, or SSF. Masterful form from the Slayer ascendancy allows you to scale both offenses and defenses on the slayer build. The poison concoction of bouncing has just absolutely insane base damage and doesn't need to use a weapon. That means your early gearing is much simpler to do especially if you don't like to make a lot of decisions and try to engage with trade or crafting. This is also the fastest non-caster leveling build for the campaign. It is the build you can lead the field during Act 5 speed runs and it has the smoothest leveling once you're level 12. However, before that, you do need to play a Spectral Throw on Duelist which can be a little bit more difficult this upcoming patch.

So it has the potential to scale well into the late game. Gear helps maintain the permanent uptime of these damage/speed buffs without much effort or reservation costs.
