There are five decent Path Of Exile 3.20 starter builds that you could play or interesting POE starter builds that you could play, some totem builds have a jug build, a little different from the usual way of playing The Jug.

1. Best Path Of Exile 3.20 Starter Build - Bleed SST Gladiator the British exile

The first one is actually one that featured last time around for 3.19 and it's the British Exiles SST bleed Gladiator, a League start perspective is this can go in a fair few different ways as far as Max leveling goes.

Now the actual sort of stacking of Shield skills, like SST and shield crush actually ends out in some pretty high endpoint damage for anyone.

Now in particular with this build, one of the biggest advantages of a League start and playing bleed dot is that it's super reliable, and just getting that early map clear and sort of Smashing through endgame maps without too much hassle.

Uses Max true block

Now the British Exile has actually got a website for this build in particular, some of the other advantages are it uses Max true block, so instead of running glancing blows, you actually get true blocks, then you can actually run around and when you do block damage, you don't take any damage which makes it significantly more tankier from a league star perspective.

Resolute technique

The other thing is it does run the Resolute technique which means you don't need to worry about stacking accuracy or crit which is what you tend to do on a lot of melee builds at this stage which can make it a bit challenging to sort of Minimax or get it to that point where it's comfortable in mapping and taking down bosses, now is this a boss killer build not really, 

This is more so spec towards leveling and then you can respect when you get to that high-end point and end game where you can afford to actually spec into some cooler or more interesting things that being like flicker strike and whatever might actually be something that you look at building this into later down the track.

2. Best Path Of Exile 3.20 Starter Build - Consecrated path totems Jorgen 

The second build it's actually going back all the way to 3.17, and updated the trees they get up to 3.19 ahead of the release of the new Pob. Now they have consecrated path totems the chieftain in particular, a variant of the build that was not as tanky, and you can definitely do a lot more with this tree with some more sort of specking in this particular tree, a sort of early progression as to how to make totems work.

If you have a look at the notes of the Pob as well, it'll explain where the damage comes from for totems,  now it can be a little confusing when trying to figure out how to get totems working, like Warchief totems or earth breaker totems, in particular, this is focusing start towards or consecrated path totems.

Now the advantage of totems is your best defense is your highest level of offense, the entire idea is predicated around smashing before it gets to you the other Advantage with the chieftain and with totems is that you can use them to bait enemies and taunt enemies off of you which is a real great advantage that comes with using totems.

How to place totems actually become somewhat of a real skill set when you're learning how to make this build work? 

Now early leveling really easy, you get access to Earth breaker in act one and that means any slam skill that's available to you volcanic fissure not recommending it.

3. Best Path Of Exile 3.20 Starter Build - ICE spear/freezing pulse totems von vikton

The no. 3 build is actually going to be from Von Victon. If you're not the type of person to pay to play squishy characters, this one's not going to be for you, but it's spare and freezing pulse totems,  so on the hierophant that is so basically what you need to do with this particular build is when you're mapping, you‘re running freezing pulse and when you're bossing you're using ice beer. Now if you're really lazy, you could potentially run IceBear, and maps are not always the recommendation here for freezing pulses.

4. Best Path Of Exile 3.20 Starter Build - Bane Occultist Subtractem

just significantly better at mapping from an AOE perspective, this would be a pretty cool build to League to start with, playing totem builds very much and with the new league mechanic, this one's going to be quite good, now just bearing in mind, you will die from the occasional offshoot of a skill or whatnot, but this as you know in Von Victon's guide, it will take you through all the way, through to the end game and is quite powerful.

Skill-wise, there'll be multiple setups here with the league starter set up as well, and it gets good damage as you level up and as you're playing through the game, there's not much else to say totems are just a really very unique skill and they're not a play style for every single person, some people get really frustrated with playing totems which completely understand why you know, there is a little bit of lapse of flow positioning is more important. 

Actually, if you're not a totem fan, this build's probably not going to be for you,  but if you want a big blast damage glass, Cannon totem Caster from League start, then this build will work and you know what there's always cast on death portal and you can just keep smashing Maps.

The next build that's going to be featured here is actually from subtractum, now basically how it works is you use Banner stack curses on the enemy, and then you apply, you know in this case Essence drain and blight to just absolutely melt the enemy's with chaos dot, this build pretty much brings consistent league on League, one of the big advantages of playing this particular type of build is chaos dot, just rips through enemy defenses and with the changes that have been made in the new patch notes, it will continue to do, though there has been some scaling back against Bane itself, now defensively this build is like a really moderate Defense level type of build, it's really geared towards taking down map packs and exploding maps and you know farming currency that way, but it is actually quite good at taking down bosses too.

5. Best Path Of Exile 3.20 Starter Build - Righteous fire juggernaut Pohx 

Obviously, the Inquisitor RF build is super consistent, even though there was a slight Nerf to Pius path this league, it's still going to be really powerful.

It's super powerful, super tanky, and super easy to level up, now obviously puts these builds together. This reduces the amount of fire cold and lightning damage that you take, now he's got a full leveling tree pretty much, as much information as you think you might need to be able to level up an RF jug.

Actually did it in ssf and got huge amounts of damage, and he pretty thoroughly explains all the changes to numbers how to gear it how it's set up everything that you need to really know to make the build work.
