The elemental druid has been one of the overpowered but budget build in Diablo 2 Resurrected 2.4 ladder, with this guide we break down the start-friendly and powerful Wind Druid build. Let’s go to the Zoo!
This is just simply the best time in history for the max cast elemental druid. The elemental druid has a very simple game plan in PVP/PVM arguably the simplest of them all, telly stomp your opponent and rain down vicious gale force violence. But you'll also want to keep your defensive skills active on this build, those are the things that make a druid an absolute tank in so many matchups
Namely, the pets are the most broken aspect of this build because they basically act as little meat shields for your character and they absorb far more sources of damage than they probably should. In PvM, you might notice these things pierce through tons of targets, however when all of your targets are right in the same spot after you tele-stomp your opponent, the physics of the bone spear act a little different.
Here's a breakdown of this build, let's go to the zoo:
Stats
Strength: 181
Dexterity: 68
Vitality: 551
Energy: 58
We don't put many points into strength but we do have just enough to wear spirit on all of our setups, nothing into dexterity, and all of the rest of our points into vitality.
Skills
Poison Creeper: 1
Arctic Blast: 1
Cyclone Armor: 20
Twister: 20
Tornado: 20
Hurricane: 20
Oak Sage: Max Out
Raven: 1
Summon Spirit Wolf: 1
Summon Dire Wolf: 1
Summon Grizzly: 1
Skill Distribute Explained
This is the elemental druid, all of these pets require just one point into them with the exception of Oak Sage, this is going to be the skill that we max last.
And with a base of 19 points, after you hit level 94 on a druid, your build is complete there's no real gain to leveling any higher than that.
You could go to 95 by putting one point into Poison Creeper, so that you can lag your opponent.
The other skill tab that we utilize on this is the elemental skill tab, put one point into Arctic Blast, just so that we can get to Cyclone Armor, max that, and literally every single skill below it.
All of these skills are synergies to Tornado which is our main attack, but additionally having Hurricane active can do some pretty significant cold damage if your opponent's not prepared.
Additionally cyclone armor allows you to absorb a lot of elemental damage and if this druid already wasn't a tank enough, this is just one more thing that gets very discouraging for cold sorceresses and even lightning-based characters.
