LA April 21 Update & Patch Notes 2022: New Class, Region, Skins, Events & Ark Pass

LA April Update Battle for the Throne of Chaos dropped on April 21, with the release of new Advanced Class Glaivier, a new region of Arkesia South Vern, two progression events, Ark Pass and more. Now let’s take a look at some key points of the LA April Patch Notes for the upcoming updates in 2022. 

LA April 21 Update & Patch Notes 2022: New Class, Region, Skins, Events & Ark Pass

New Class - Glaivier/Lance Master

The first Advanced Class added to LA is Glaivier, she has two distinct skills that can be swapped between, they are Focus and Flurry. She's a stand swapping dual weapon class that uses a spear and a glaive, the spear is used to unleash a furious barrage in the Focus stance and the glaive harnesses the Flurry stance for gracefully lethal strikes and sweeping attacks. You can build the character focus on one of these weapons.

New Region - South Vern

South Vern is added as the second T3 continent in the game, to unlock it, you have to get an item level of 1340. And when more players can reach the 1415 item level, the South Vern Chaos Dungeons, Field Boss, and Chaos Gate will be added in a future update, then you will be able to start farming those and selling what you're obtained for insane amounts of LA gold. This will give us new areas including new places to farm, new dailies that get unlocked for questlines as well. You can go to South Vern, there's a huge amount of mats in the storyline, this is going to be a good way for people to get mats in this new continent area.

New Events - Feiton Powerpass & Express Mission Event

- Powerpass: once you complete the Feiton’s main story quest -Will before it expires on June 30, you can receive a Powerpass that can be used as an alternative character, along with level 960 gear. Most people are going to use it on Glaivier, you don't have to, you can put it on anyone you want.  

- Express Mission: this is a newly introduced event, during the event, players can select one of their characters at level 50 with an item level lower than 1000 to do the Express Mission. That character will receive level 320 gear and be able to complete missions that include 4 sections, corresponding to North Vern, Rohendel, Yorn, and Feiton, each part gives a lot of materials of relevant tier. Completing all the missions will give you an impactful reward. This event also ends on June 30.

Store Update - Ark Pass & Skins 

With the Ark Pass or Battle Pass, players can complete the normal and secret missions to earn XP and progress their levels to get more valuable rewards. What you should know is that you’ll have three versions of Ark Pass: Regular, Premium & Super Premium. The first is free and the other twos need to be unlocked by purchasing Royal Crystals in the store. The time to buy Ark Pass Premium and Super Premium is set to end on June 18, and the rewards are available until July 14. 

If you purchased the Super Premium Ark Pass, you are able to get the selection chests for the Noble Banquet skill collection and the Noble Banquet Wallpaper. In addition, Glaivier special packages have been added, including the Graceful Monkey skin set.
