The color "Diablo 2 Unique Items" are one-of-a-kind. Almost every Unique item in Diablo 2 Resurrected has a Unique variant with unique qualities. In addition to the Normal/Exceptional/Elite varieties, there are Unique versions of certain objects, but not all of them. Diablo 2 Resurrected Uniques may have more and different modifiers than Magical and Rare items. There are no limits to the alterations that may be unique, unlike with magical and rare items. Unique items may have far stronger damage or defense, and provide plenty of interesting modifiers, more hit points, + percent hit points or mana, +magic find, and other fascinating things no magical or uncommon item can ever accomplish.

1. Guardian Angel

Because plus 15 to poison, plus 15 to cold lightning and fire resistances that means basically you can get all your resistances up to 90. That is all around, it comes with up to 2 open sockets that you can stick a couple of D2R runes into or some perfect toe passes.

5. Griffon’s Eye

Griffin's eye is a hero editor item as well as one of the most powerful unique items D2R. It has plus 1 to all skills, 25% faster cast rate, up to minus 20% lightning, and up to plus 20% lightning skill damage. Griffin’s Eye is a great item for all Lightning Sorcerers and potentially a lightning fury javazon as well. Big old bonuses to lightning damage cannot mind that at all.

6. Andariel’s Visage

Andariel’s Visage is a great item for a mercenary, because of a nice bonus to life stolen, also 20% increase to attack speed, and also plus 2 to all skills that mean your mercenaries aura is going to be better. However, this item is also good for a bowazon or melee class that wants to increase attack speed, plus two skills are just solid and 20% increased attack speed is also solid.

7. Mara’s Kaleidoscope

Mara’s Kaleidoscope is probably the most powerful amulet in the Diablo 2 Resurrected. Depending on which class you're rolling, plus 2 to all skills and up to 30% to all resistances, and 5 to all attributes.

8. Highlord’s Wrath

Highlord’s Wrath has 20% increased attack speed, plus 1 to all skills, lightning resists, and even a chance to do deadly strike which doubles your damage when it procs. Without a doubt that it is a great D2R unique amulet for melee classes.

9. Arachnid Mesh

Arachnid Mesh is great for casters. It gives you plus 1 to all skills, 20% faster cast, and gives you an increase to maximum mana which is nice for an energy shield and sorceress.

10. Razor Tail

Razor Tail is great for a bowazon. Because it has an additional 33% chance to pierce, so basically bowazon can get a 100% pierce chance even without maxing out their pierce skills, which is very solid. It can be one of the best Diablo 2 Resurrected Uniques in the slot for amazon. 

11. The Stone of Jordan

The Stone of Jordan has plus 1 to all skills and an increase of 25% to maximum mana which is huge. Not to mention an additional 20% mana. The Stone of Jordan is obviously an awesome item.

12. Raven Frost

Raven Frost because of its nice 22% cold absorb which can actually turn cold damage into healing, if you stack up against your cold resistance correctly. Also, the main thing about this item is that cannot be frozen mod, which is very helpful especially for melee classes. In addition, it has up to 250 attack ratings even adding some cold damage, some dexterity, and some mana. This item is all-around good, and every class can make use of this.

13. Wisp Projector

Though Wisp Projector is not on everybody’s Diablo 2 Resurrected Top unique items list, Wisp Projector is a power unique. The reason for that is because of the lightning of absorbing, it goes very nicely with other unique items which are Thunder God's Vigor. Once you combine these two and you get your lightning resistance up then you're basically not only immune to lightning damage, lightning damage actually heals you. These two unique items in combination are especially powerful for protecting against the black souls in worldstone keep.

14. Dwarf Star

The Dwarf Star is great for fire absorb. Stacking a fire absorb up and you toss in the Rising Sun amulet, then fire damage heals you. So those hydras from the council are no longer a threat, in fact, they're an ally. Both absorb fire and absorb lightning items are solid just because they can be very circumstantially powerful when you're farming one of those areas, you swap in your rings and your amulets or your Thunder Gods Vigor and now you're better than immune, take you to heal from those forms of damage.

15. War Traveler

War Traveler is the next on the D2R Unique items list, giving us a up to 50% better chance of finding magic items. This also adds 15% to 25% damage which can get your base damage up nicely.
