How to hit level 25 in WoW Classic Season of Discovery? Reaching level 25 is a significant milestone and the best way of hitting level 25 in Season of Discovery is to farm dungeons. In our WoW Classic Season of Mastery 18-25 Dungeon leveling guide, we'll break down the top 3 best dungeons to level up!

WoW Classic SoD Dungeon Leveling Guide - How To Level From 18 To 25 In Season of Discovery

Dungeon is going to be the most efficient way in the long term for leveling in WoW Classic Season of Discovery. Because at level 25, most of your best in slot gear is going to be from dungeons. Yes, you are going to be hitting level 25 slower but you get to skip most of your gearing process before you even hit level cap. You have 5 dungeons available to level 25, whether tackling Wailing Caverns, Deadmines, Shadowfang Keep, or the Stockades, each dungeon offers a unique blend of experience and valuable loot. In our WoW Classic SoD leveling guide, we’re going to break down the top 3 best dungeons to get level 25!

1. Ragefire Chasm

Ragefire Chasm is a level 15-25 dungeon located in the Barrens, just outside of Orgrimmar. Ragefire Chasm is your first dungeon in the Classic WoW Season of Discovery. It sucks because the loot is nonexistent, the experience is bad and your classes don't have anything of what takes to efficiently clear a dungeon at that level.

2. Wailing Caverns

Wailing Caverns is a level 15-25 dungeon located in the Horde leveling zone of The Barrens in WoW Classic. Realistically dungeon leveling starts at level 18, if you are a Horde, you have to start with the Wailing Caverns. The Wailing Caverns are a decent place to farm and level because there are seven quest lines you can do here. You pick most of them in a cave above the building. Most importantly, there are a lot of really good things you can get from these quests even if you do not plan to level only on dungeons. There are also a lot of good rewards. -Mainly the Crescent Stuff which is the strongest stuff you can access to that level.

-There is also a decent wand, the Sizzle Stick

-There is also a 10 Slaughter bag that's going to be really good at launch.

-You can get the set of the Fang including the belt, footpads, gloves, leggings, and armor. This set is all agility, strength, and Spirit on it too but it absolutely sucks for casters. Because it has all set bonuses for casters except the three piece which is two staff skills. If you do not have a weapon racial, this is going to be your best-in-slot three-piece bonus because you're going to be using stapes for it.

Overall you get a bunch of best in slot from one of the best SoD Dungeons like Venom Strike that's a really good bow. You got Seedcloud Buckler that's the best Caster Shield. You can get Mutant Scale breastplate for tanking. There is also a shield with defense on it and a best in slot belt for warriors.

3. Deadmines

If you are Alliance, your equivalent is going to be the Deadmines. Deadmines is a level 18-28 dungeon located in the Alliance leveling zone of Westfall in World of Warcraft Classic. Questing-wise, the Deadmines are more underwhelming. There are only six quests you can do and the XP you get from them is not very good.

-The only good loot you get from the main quest is the 3 blue items, Chausses of Westfall, Tunic of Westfall Staff of Westfall with a lot of DPS.

-The dungeon itself though has a lot of really decent loot. You get a two handed axe Taskmaster, you get a really powerful Cookie’s Stirring Rod, there is also Emberstone Staff with a lot of intellect.

-For the most important gear piece by far that is going to be the fire set including the Blackened Defias Armor, Blackened Defias Belt, Blackened Defias Boots, Blackened Defias Gloves and Blackened Defias Leggings. It is a leather set with a bunch of agility, strength and stamina mostly for melee dps. It will probably not be your best in slot for most classes but it will be for tanking bears.

4. Shadowfang Keep

Once you hit level 22, if you are Horde or if you like walking really far, you can go for Shadowfang Keep. This is going to be your Season of Mastery best dungeon for XP. It is really easy to clear, lots of mobs and most importantly a lot of your best in slot is going to be here. There is only three quests for Shadowfang Keep.

-The quests are really good, you can get a blue ring Seal of Sylvanas with 8 strength on it.

-There are some decent greens too but the dungeon itself is full of good stuff such as Robes of Arugal, Belt of Arugal and Feline Mantle are three Caster blue items that are really strong.

-You also got Odo’s Ley Staff that is pretty much your best in slot dps staff since 200 damage is insane.

-Duskbringer is one of the best swords in the Season of Discovery too.

-Night Reaver is a pretty good two-handed Axe.

-There are a couple of really good one handed as well like Shadowfang, Assassin's Blade and Guillotine Axe.

Overall, Shadowfang Keep is one of the best SoD Phase 1 Dungeons. If you are a caster or a melee dps, there are a lot things to farm.

5. Stockades

If you are an Alliance, you are getting the shaft here because your alternative is the Stockades. The stockades has a couple of good things going for it. There are six quests but they are difficult to get though. Sadly, the gear you get from all of these quests are bad.

-The only decent item is the Prison Shank dagger that goes fast. Iron Knuckles is a decent PvP weapon and Jimmied Handcuffs. They are just decent DPS bracers. It completely sucks. The experience you can get from this quest is almost two levels and you can clear the place pretty fast.

It is nice to farm for experience but gear-wise, you will get pretty much nothing. If you are Alliance, you should do the Stockades because there is a lot of easy XP to make.

Conclusions

Season of Discovery Best Dungeons

From level 18 to 22, we are going to do either Wailing Caverns or Deadmines if you are Horde or Alliance. Ragefire Chasm sucks but you can do it from 13 to 18. But don't do it from Level 22 to 30, we are going to be doing either Shadowfang Keep if you are Horde or the Alliance. If you are Alliance and that will take you to level 25 overall.
