10. Swift Swordsman Build (Katanas)
This is not a ninja and this is not a samurai, this is a combination of both! This build uses multiple weapons and skills for a diverse and lightning-fast play style. We are carrying at least three to four different katanas that we swap in and out to use varying attacks, each Katana has a different weapon skill. You could call Jutsu, so we got fire-style Jutsu in the form of Flaming Strike and Flame of Red Mains. We got lightning with the Thunderbolt. We got Earth-style with the meteoric blade. We even got the infamous black flames of Amaterasu. You can use whatever you want though, and customize it to your preference, it's all about having multiple different attacks switching them up and combining them together. Of course, a ninja samurai will also use throwing knives and other tools, so you even can get disappearing smoke here too. This is mainly a dexterity build but you do want a high endurance, not only so you can carry multiple weapons but also because in order to be fast we use up a lot of stamina.
Build Setup
Stats (125 Level): 46 Vigor, 16 Mind, 25 Endurance, 18 Strength, 63 Dexterity, 28 Intelligence, 9 Faith, 7 Arcane
Right-Hand Weapons: Meteoric Ore Blade, Dragonscale Blade, Keen Uchigatana,
Left-Hand Weapons: Cold Nagakiba, Hand of Malenia, Keen Wakizashi
Armor: Okina Mask, Land of Reeds Armor, Land of Reeds Gauntlets, White Reed Greaves
Talismans: Shard of Alexander, Green Turtle Talisman, Prosthesis-Wearer Heirloom, Green-Jar's Arsenal
9. Vampire Knight Build (Flamberge + Bone)
This build combines lifesteal and fast attacks and lets you punch everything to death. We use the zombie bones with the lifesteal weapon art, which got a boost recently and works well with dexterity and Arcane. These bones can kill weaker enemies quickly, but for tougher ones, we switch to the Keen Flamberg with Blood Tax weapon art. This weapon art drains the enemy's blood and health, and restores some of yours. The Flamberg also has bleed damage, so we go for high attack power and blood flame to create a deadly storm of fiery blood. The extra Poise helps us avoid getting interrupted by enemy hits, which is a big problem for lifesteal builds. You need Poise to keep using the weapon art and heal yourself.
Build Setup
Stats (150 Level): 52 Vigor, 16 Mind, 20 Endurance, 15 Strength, 60 Dexterity, 9 Intelligence, 14 Faith, 48 Arcane
Right-Hand Weapons: Keen Flamberge+25 (Blood Tax)
Left-Hand Weapons: Clinging Bone+10 (Lifesteal Fist)
Talismans: Shard of Alexander, Dagger Talisman, Millicent's Prosthesis, Bull-Goat's Talisman
Flasks: Magic-Shrouding Cracked Tear, Thorny Cracked Tear
8. Bubble Knight Build (Bubble Weapons)
We are sure you've all heard about this build before but here we will show you the most powerful version of the bubble build that we could come up with. So let's see if it actually ends up being viable or not. There are three of these bubble weapons and they are all trash besides the Envoy's Long Horn. This weapon with the Bubble Shower Ash of War blows a giant pool of bubbles that gently but menacingly float toward the enemy. The bubble attack is straight holy damage and it scales with faith, so using a high Faith level this weapon skill can shred a larger boss. This build can deal up to 92 Poise damage with one attack because it is Holy damaged, you can buff it using the holy shrouded crack tier and the sacred scorpion charm, and you can buff it even more by wearing this giant tumor of a helmet - the Envoy Crown, which will increase your bubble damage by 15%. So the truth is the Bubble Shower is effective against bigger enemies or groups of enemies but for individuals not so much. We mean it'll kill them but it's very slow and just unnecessary which is why we got the Cipher Pata as a side weapon, this is great for attacking individual enemies - it's lightweight and fast, and you can easily swap back and forth from the longhorn to the dual Cipher father. Plus it deals straight holy damage and has a tier scaling in faith, so it's a perfect fit here. You can engage with the bubble shower and then take out any stragglers with the Cipher Pata.
Build Setup
Stats (125 Level): 50 Vigor, 16 Mind, 21 Endurance, 26 Strength, 14 Dexterity, 9 Intelligence, 71 Faith, 7 Arcane
Right-Hand Weapons: Ciper Pata
Left-Hand Weapons: Envoy's Long Horn (Bubble Shower),
Talismans: Shard of Alexander, Sacred Scorpion Charm, Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman, Erdtree's Favor
Incatanations: Wrath of Gold
7. Twin Grim Reaper Build
The dual grave scythe build is great. First of all the Dual Reaper moveset is awesome with some real spanker jump attacks right here, plus the grave Scythe are very good at inflicting passive effects. It already comes straight out the gate with innate bleed then you can add a combination of frost and or poison on top of that. Our recommended setup for this build is to use Chilling Mist on your offhand scythe and Royal Knight's Resolve on your main hand, inflicting Frost will debuff the enemy then use Royal Knight's Resolve to buff your jump attacks even more than you slap them silly. You could swap out the frost and use poison instead, same strategy as the frostbite: use the Poisonous Mist weapon art and get them choking Royal Knight's Resolve on your fart clouds, with this strategy, you'll be inflicting poison and frocking blood loss very often, this will activate both the Lord of Blood Exaltation and the Raw Exaltation together giving you a huge damage boost.
Build Setup
Stats (125 Level): 45 Vigor, 15 Mind, 20 Endurance, 55 Strength, 17 Dexterity, 9 Intelligence, 9 Faith, 34 Arcane
Right-Hand Weapons: Blood Greave Scythe (Royal Knight's Resolve)
Left-Hand Weapons: Blood Greave Scythe (Chilling Mist or Poisonous Mist)
Talismans: Claw Talisman, Lord of Blood's Exultation, Great-Jar's Arsenal, Kindred of Rot's Exultation
6. Dragon Mode Build (Double Dragon)
The Double Dragon build is actually using all of the Dragon spells, and not only the insanely powerful Scarlet Rotten Breath because we also got Frost Breath, Blue Fire, Magma, and the Giant Dragon Smackdown too. The weapon we are using is the Regalia of Eochaid straight sword that scales with Arcane, and the weapon art will deal massive damage when you have a high Arcane level. Because the Dragon Breath spells have a huge FP cost that is how they balance these things out, they are extremely strong but use all of your FP. The Cerulean Hidden Tear will give us unlimited FP, so we can blast away. The Dragon Claw is meant to be more of a fast attack for smaller enemies but they're dragging maw. This Dragonmaw spell is how you really lay the smack down, it's perfect on a boss because it deals great Poise damage and has insane hyper armor, this spell is a tank.
Build Setup
Stats (125 Level): 47 Vigor, 18 Mind, 15 Endurance, 14 Strength, 18 Dexterity, 9 Intelligence, 38 Faith, 52 Arcane
Right-Hand Weapons: Regalia of Eochaid (Eochaid's Dancing Blade)
Armor: Imp Head (Elder), Drake-Knight Armor
Talismans: Flock's Canvas Talisman, Shard of Alexander, Millicent's Prosthesis, Crimson Amber Medallion
5. Ninja Turtle Build (Cold-Infused Twinblade + Turtle Shell)
We use the Great Turtle Shell and as much endurance as you need in order to light roll. Basically, we just ignore our Vigor and throw all levels into Endurance and Dexterity or Strength, this means you can roll around like a flapping fairy but you got very low Health, a couple of good hits, and you are done for, so you better be quick on your feet. To help with this, we get the Great Turtle Shell in our offhand, this will increase our stamina recovery speed, combined with the Green Turtle Talisman and your zooming. Use a cold-infused Katana with Cragblade Ash of War that can pump out some decent damage and there's no blood loss involved here. The only real benefit of this build is being able to light roll but it is fun, it can be challenging, and making things difficult equals more fun to people. Basically, this build strips you down to nothing but your dodge roll and your weapon, it's one of those challenge builds that you can experiment with at any time.
Build Setup
Stats (125 Level): 35 Vigor, 10 Mind, 45 Endurance, 19 Strength, 75 Dexterity, 9 Intelligence, 9 Faith, 7 Arcane
Right-Hand Weapons: Cold-Infused Twinblade (Cragblade)
Left-Hand Weapons & Ash of War: Great Turtle Shell+25
Talismans: Green Turtle Talisman, Great-Jar's Arsenal, Millicent's Prosthesis, Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman
4. Enchanted Warrior Build (Glinstone Staff)
This is very different from our previous swordsman build because this one does not use any weapons at all, we are only using double staff and only casting weapon-like sorceries. So we apply Carrion Slicer, Carrion Piercer, Adula's Moonblade, but also the magic bow and the magic great bow, because those are actual weapons too. So they are permitted but nothing else. There's a certain thrill in knowing you're not carrying any actual melee weapons nor Shields, all your attacks are spell based and therefore your playstyle really needs to adapt. The optimal setup here is dual-wielding Carian Glintstone staves for a 30% damage boost to all sword spells. But if you don't have two of them then you can also use the Carrion Regal Scepter, Azur's staff, or Lusat staff. Our preferred setup is the Carian Glintstone Staff with the Azur's staff because speed is very important here since we have no melee weapons. You can get some mean combos with these spells, an Adula's Moonblade into Carrion Slicer, the Magic Hammer followed up by Carrion Piercer, that's a double knockdown - you slap the enemy once and come back with the backhand and you slap again.
Build Setup
Stats (125 Level): 50 Vigor, 20 Mind, 18 Endurance, 14 Strength, 13 Dexterity, 73 Intelligence, 9 Faith, 7 Arcane
Right-Hand Weapons: Carian Glintstone Staff+25
Left Hand Weapons & Ash of War: Carian Glintstone Staff+25, Azur's Glinstone Staff+10, Lusat's Glintstone Staff+10
Armor: Land of Reeds Helm, Carian Knight Armor, Fire Monk Gauntlets, Royal Knight Greaves
Talismans: Radagon Icon, Graven-Mass Talisman, Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman
Incantations: Carrion Slicer, Carrion Piercer, Adula's Moonblade, Gavel of Haima, Loretta's Greatbow, Loretta's Mastery
3. Magma God Build (Dual Whip Weapons)
Whips have recently received a significant buff, making them much more enjoyable to use. In this setup, we are pairing the Magma Whip Candlestick in the main hand, which has the highest attack power and arguably the best weapon art. On the offhand, we utilize the Hoslow's Flame Art Petal Whip to maximize attack power, especially when combined with fire damage buffs. It's important to wear sturdy armor for decent Poise to confidently execute the weapon art amidst enemies, even if it means taking some damage. For an even stronger build, you can opt for the magma blades, applying the same fire buffs and power stancing dual curved swords. The most effective approach is wielding a magma blade in the main hand and a Flame Art infused curved sword with Cragblade in the left hand for additional damage. This setup allows for quick victories, capable of defeating Radagon in just 20 seconds. It is also effective in PvP, particularly due to the Dual curved sword moveset that excels in running attacks and jumping attacks.
Build Setup
Stats (125 Level): 51 Vigor, 18 Mind, 25 Endurance, 14 Strength, 55 Dexterity, 9 Intelligence, 50 Faith, 7 Arcane
Right-Hand Weapons: Magma Whip Candlestick or Magma Blade
Left-Hand Weapons: Hoslow's Flame Art Petal Whip+25 or Flame Art Cragblade
Talismans: Claw Talisman, Shard of Alexander, Fire Scorpion Charm, Erdtree's Favor
Incantations: Flame, Grant Me Strength
2. Crucible Knight Build (Greatsowrd + Great Spear)
This build is straight bullying Melania with all the smackdowns, first of all, the Crucible Knight armor is A1, Peak armor design right here. Then the game gives us a couple of great Crucible Knight weapons and Crucible incantations - the Ordovis Greatsword and the Siluria's Tree. The Ordovis Greatsword is very good for dealing Poise damage. Actually, the great sword is definitely viable in PvP - it has a solid hyper armor you can tank through most attacks, plus when you charge the Ordovis's Vortex, it has a ripple effect on the ground explosion which is very effective to stagger. But the Siluria's Tree is a beast man, because of its long reach it can still do heavy damage from a safe distance, it's the only real long-range attack we have as a Crucible Knight. The spear and the great sword are both good in their own right though, we recommend just using both and swapping between the two. Moving on to the Crucible Aspects of the Crucible Incantations, we get the Tail, Breath, and Horns. If you land the charge attack, follow it right up with the Tail whip while the enemy is still recovering - a perfect whack and slap combo. Wearing the full set of Crucible Tree gives a 17% increase in Crucible incantations. All the weapon skills and incantations can be charged up so definitely use Godfrey Icon.
Build Setup
Stats (125 Level): 48 Vigor, 16 Mind, 20 Endurance, 45 Strength, 13 Dexterity, 9 Intelligence, 46 Faith, 7 Arcane
Right-Hand Weapons: Ordovis Greatsword, Siluria's Tree
Armor: Crucible Tree Armor Set
Talismans: Godfrey Icon, Flock's Canvas Talisman, Shard of Alexander, Great-Jar's Arsenal
Incantations: Aspects of the Crucible: Trail, Breath, Horns
1. Iron Mech Build (Dual Coded Swords)
This is to help you all get ready for the new armored Core game. We use the Ironjar Aromatic which will give you that big brick energy so you can tank through most attacks, drink the Cerulean Hidden Tear from your flask so you have unlimited FP, and fire away with Unendurable Frenzy - this incantation will continue to fire until your Madness bar fills up or you run out of FP, so we do everything we can to mitigate this and continue blasting as long as possible. We use dual Coded Swords or the Cipher Pata, we imagine these to be laser swords like Melee laser beams, so it fits the robot Mech-theme and faith scaling here. You can also use any other incantations you consider to fit the mech theme. In order to make this work, we also use the Clarifying Horn Charm and the Clarifying Cured Meat to resist the madness buildup. Then we get the Bull-Goat's Talisman and Heavy Armor for extra Poise, we also want a lot of vigor because we need health so we can survive tanking through all the attacks.
Build Setup
Stats (125 Level): 63 Vigor, 22 Mind, 26 Endurance, 30 Strength, 31 Dexterity, 30 Intelligence, 45 Faith, 7 Arcane
Right-Hand Weapons: Coded Sword
Left-Hand Weapons: Coded Swords or Cipher Pata
Armor: Bull-Goat Helm, Malformed Dragon Armor, Fire Prelate Gaunlets, Fire Prelate Greaves
Talismans: Clarifying Horn Charm, Bull-Goat's Talisman, Shard of Alexander, Great-Jar's Arsenal
Incantations: The Flame of Frenzy, Gintsflame Take Thee, Scouring Black Flame, Honed Bolt
Flasks: Cerulean Hidden Tear, Clarifying Cured Meat
