Let’s go through these Season 1 current best leveling builds!

D4 Season 1 Poison Twisting Blade Rogue End-Game Build

This is the most fun build and the best build for the Rogue class in Diablo 4. It does insane damage, insane survivability. And when it comes down to it, it’s just simply fun to play. There is nothing better than this as far as leveling goes, it's fast, it's mobile, it's efficient, it just does everything it needs to do. One of the awesome things about this it's a little squishy, but the mobility makes up for it. If you pay attention to your character and what you're standing in and what you're near, you can most of the time get out of trouble.

Skills

- Basic Skills: Take puncture which is going to give us much infinite vulnerability as well as energy regeneration.

- Core Skills: We are going to take improved twisting blades in order to CC in dazing enemies. You can take advanced twisting blades, this is only good in packs though and we can push single-target damage. If you can get a pack together and get your blades to pass through multiple enemies, you can get up to 2 seconds of cooldown on any cooldowns you have active. Apart from allowing us to stack key passive momentum, dazing enemies is essentially a form of survivability as we are able to stun lock enemies. Speaking of survivability, we have sturdy and siphoning strikes.

- Agility Skills: You are going to want to pick up shadow step and dash. Shadow step is really good because it's a CC break, there is nothing more annoying in the game than a cc Rogue. Dash is just about the best movement skill in the game and a must-have for any Rogue. Then the disciplined dash which not only allows us to stack momentum, but also allows us to knock down enemies with the passive trick attacks. When we knock down an enemy, it allows us to do 12% increased critical strike chance against them with 3 ranks of concussive. For nightmare dungeon clearing, as well as stun effects against Uber Lilith, shadow step helps a lot.

- Subterfuge Skills: Pick up dark shroud and go into subverting dark shroud, this is because not only is the damage reduction good, but also is the increased movement speed.

- Ultimate Skills: If you don't need damage reduction, pick up the shadow clone as this can give you some increased damage. If you are lacking in the damage reduction and survivability department, just look at dark shroud.

- Imbuement Skills: Pick up poison imbuement, blended poison imbuement for increased critical strike damage. And if you are doing any type of poison damage, you should be picking up deadly venom and debilitating toxins for a little bit of damage reduction against poisoned enemies. If you are using any type of imbuement skills, you want to pick up precision imbuement for some increased critical strike chance.
