Shadow Imbue Flurry Rogue Legendary Aspects for Leveling
Take a look at the aspects you can get from dungeons in each zone, these are extremely important because legendaries aren't going to drop like they did in the open beta and these aspects are going to be guaranteed from these dungeons which means it will be in your best bet to make a build around what is available. Once you get these legendary aspects, they'll go into your codex of power and can be imprinted on rare items an infinite number of times, meaning it will be with you as you level your character. And finding a legendary item and extracting that aspect is a one-time thing which is why you should probably save those high rolled aspects for imprinting on End Game gear. And that the aspects you get from dungeons are going to always have the lowest possible value. So these are meant to be replaced in the late game. You can replace these as you progress through leveling.

Shadow Imbue Flurry Rogue Paragon Board
Once you finish your beginner Paragon board, you have to choose which board you want to go to next. It’s recommended choosing the exploit weakness paragon board because of this legendary node, whenever you deal damage to a vulnerable enemy, they take a 1% increase damage from you for six seconds up to 15%. So basically you're going to get 15% additional damage most the time after you've done a few hits to someone especially bosses.
Class Specialization
When it comes to the class specific mechanic, you have 3 options, you've got preparation, combo points or inner sight. Inner site is not that strong, basically once you fill up this inner sight gauge by attacking marked targets, it makes all of your resource costs go at zero for four seconds, that's not a very long time, you don't really get that many attacks off for free. Combo points is going to consistently make your core skills stronger. Preparation, we haven't seen in action but it's probably going to like reset the cooldown in your ultimate or something like that which could be strong.
