It's possible that by the end of season 2, a whole new meta for DPS and tanks will have emerged, which will have a significant impact on healer rankings.

S Tier: Resto Shaman, Preservation Evoker, Resto Druid

The most powerful healing specialization available in World of Warcraft, the Dragonflight, is able to heal both groups and single targets effectively while simultaneously being able to do damage when the need for healing is low.

A Tier: Discipline Priest, Holy Paladin, Mistweaver Monk

Even in the most challenging Mythic+ dungeons and raids, these healer specializations are able to keep the group and the tank alive; yet, the S Tier alternatives to these healer specializations simply exceed them on the healing meters.

B Tier: Holy Priest

Don't go into the Dragonflight expansion of WoW expecting to dominate the healing rankings with these specifications. In spite of this, they are able to accomplish what needs to be done.
