1 - Cold DoTBuild

Cold DoT skills can share the most relevant support gems, and Frost Bomb's Cold Exposure + Frostbite boost damage with few support gems. Cold DoT build is obviously one of the best builds for new POE players, as well as for a league start as it does not require any specific uniques to run this build, most of the damage comes from skill gems, so you don't really have to worry about crafting insane offensive gear, you just have to focus more towards defensive stats first and improve offense later. It also has a relatively safe playstyle as it makes monsters slow down like snails, that's very useful in Ruthless mode. It also can scale very well into the late game being able to do all contents in the game with a good amount of investment. It is very flexible in terms of gear choice and there are many variants to this build, so you can easily to fast create this build for the Ruthless with God event!

2 - Bane Occultist Build

Bane gains damage & duration for each linked Hex, which can be deterministically obtained. Bane Occultist is indeed an excellent league starter that can handle endgame content. The Chaos damage is potent against many enemies, and the linked Curses make it easier to debuff them. The ability to apply an additional Curse through the Occultist Ascendancy is a significant advantage that allows for more significant damage output.  Essence Drain is an excellent skill for single-target damage, which is perfect for bosses. The combination of Profane Bloom and Essence Drain makes it a smooth and effective experience. Overall, the build sounds straightforward and easy to understand, making it an excellent choice for beginners. Additionally, not requiring any expensive or specific items makes it a more accessible build for those on a tight budget.

3 - Bleed Gladiator Build

50% bleed chance and explosions via Ascendancy, and its skill tree location gives easy access to additional Bleed chance and Crimson Dance if desired. Yes, the Bleed Bow Gladiator is indeed a popular choice among the community. As you mentioned, the Gladiator Ascendancy provides a lot of benefits for this build, including high innate bleed chance, damage, and defense. Split Arrow/Puncture is a powerful combination of bleed skills in Path of Exile. Split Arrow, with its piercing projectiles, is excellent for clearing entire screens of monsters, making it a popular choice for map farming.  The bleed mechanic, when utilized correctly, can deal significant amounts of damage over time to enemies, making it a powerful choice for single-target damage.

4 - Hexblast Build

Buffed in 3.20 and utilizes Hexes similar to Bane. The damage and skill mechanisms of Hexblast have been modified to make up for the loss of Doom's scaling, now damage of hexblast ignite was lowered by 37%, and cast time is almost doubled. In general, it does less damage at the very top of the gameplay, but it is now simpler to reach a level of damage that is at least moderate. It now extinguishes the enemy's Hex with the shortest remaining time after damage. Due to the fact that you are no longer waiting for Doom to build up, its damage is also more constant. In the 3.20 league, Hexblast build with great smooth clear speed, amazing tankyness, all rounded utility, is still one of the most powerful builds you can run in Ruthless hard mode.

5 - Misc Poison PF Build

Pathfinder gets poison proliferation, and poison can deal decent damage on low links. Primarily because of the incredible poison propagation of the Master Toxicist. It fixes several of the drawbacks that Scourge Arrow has, including the need to charge in order to deliver effective damage, difficulty with struggler monsters close to walls, and problems with damage output consistency (due to the playstyle's continual charge/release). By spreading all of our poisons to neighboring foes as they die, Master Toxicist finds a solution that just requires us to fire once to kill everything around—including rares—leaving no struggling adversaries behind. And as for bosses, well, we use Mirage Archer and our poisons only last for around 5 seconds, so even while we are dodging, the boss will continue to take good DoT damage. However, in the patch 3.7 and 3.8, poison builds gained significant tree bonuses, and Darkscorn, one of the finest bows at the moment for this build, also received significant tree boosts. Scourge Arrow has also received improvements, and as a result, playing in enclosed spaces now feels fantastic.

6 - Ignite Elementalist Build

Shaper of Flames guarantees Ignites and Flame Surge is a high-damage supplementary skill. Using Physical or Lightning spells to inflict ignites through Elementalist’s Shaper of Flames can open up a lot of possibilities for different builds to become an Ignite build. This is because Shaper of Flames provides a significant increase in Ignite damage and proliferation, allowing for potent clearing and bossing capabilities. Ignite builds have become increasingly popular in recent updates due to the way Ignite damage works. The damage from Ignite can stack and continue to deal damage over time, making it an effective choice for clearing large groups of enemies while remaining relatively safe. This also allows for more focus on dodging and mechanics during boss fights, as the Ignite will continue to deal damage even while you're not actively attacking.

7 - Summon Raging Spirit Build

Can be played as "popcorn" (Minion Instability) version or full fire damage. Scales well from early levels. DOT Minion builds have indeed experienced a surge in popularity recently, especially with the buffs to Poisonous Minions for Necromancers. These builds utilize minions that deal damage over time, which can be highly effective against enemies that are resistant to burst damage or require more sustained damage. Using Summon Raging Spirits (SRS) without Minion Instability can be a powerful and reliable build option for players. Minion Instability can be a double-edged sword as it can deal significant damage but can also result in the loss of all your minions at once. Using SRS without Minion Instability allows for more consistent damage output and more reliable minion management. This build can be effective as a league starter and can handle end-game content without requiring heavy investments, making it a solid choice for players who prefer to play more conservatively.

8 - Righteous Fire Inquisitor Build

RF scales damage with your life total, and almost all pre-RF setup is passive tree pathing and not drop reliant. Can explore Jugg/Chieftain too. Since the skill gem's debut in Patch 0.9.9, Righteous Fire has been a real Path of Exile mainstay. Power Fantasy players have continued to play Righteous Fire, optimizing the build and tweaking it to perform well with each expansion and League leading up to Path of Exile: The Forbidden Sanctum due to the premise of sprinting over areas while swarms of creatures die around you. Righteous Fire builds have always inspired players to overcome the obstacles Path Of Exile throws our way and find a way around the numerous idiosyncrasies the playstyle provides, from exploiting Snapshotting to using different Ascendancies to optimize damage and life restoration. Of course, this build is not an exception.

9 - Generic Sabo Build

Traps / Mines are good league starters. Can go Explosive Trap or Stormblast Mine from level 2 and transition to a number of viable skills later on. Miners and Glacial Cascade have long been companions. It was consistently one of the toughest bosses in the game until its nerfs in 3.6 Synthesis League and was often chosen as a League-starter as a result. The build was severely harmed by the nerfs that occurred in Synthesis League, and the meta changed more in favor of arc or ball lightning mines. The talent is now entirely perfect again thanks to the 3.12 Heist League's newly discovered improvements and is probably up there with the other finest miner abilities currently available in terms of damage. Also, Glacial Cascade Glacial Cascade already had greater clear than the majority of other mining talents before this patch, but it now has a broader coverage and faster clear. Because of this, the build is very much a feasible construct that performs well in virtually any situation.

10 - DD / VD Elementalist Build

Scales with monster levels as you progress through the game. Guaranteed ignites from ascendancy. Detonate Dead skill was a popular build in the game and was mostly used by Elementalists. However, the current meta pick is a Necromancer version of the build. The strategy remains the same, using Corpse Explosion to cause Ignite damage and converting it to Chaos damage through Blackflame. It's important to note that the damage conversion only applies to the Ignite damage caused by the corpse explosion, which is a Fire Damage over Time resulting from the explosion.
