Every league the atlas changes, and certain maps are removed or added, causing new mapping strategies to develop
Every single League GGG shakes up the atlas they remove some maps and add some back in, and this is good to keep the game fresher. So every single league is around 40 maps or so or 50 maps that get taken out of the rotation and then add it back in now this makes for a little bit of a shift in the meta because in every single League you need to think about what's going to be the best map to farm. In the past, specific maps used to be good but there is a really big change in the past that has shifted The Meta completely and that is the Divine Orb Change, right now the Divine Orb is an extremely cheap item and it's very sad what has happened to The Great Divide orb or not the Divine Orb the Exalted Orb is now incredibly cheap. To the point, where a lot of the cards that he used to farm say like brother stash or something like that, it is just not worth farming it, because the card is so low in value.

We do think it's because a lot more people are exalting their Maps or using exhaust for meta mod crafting, so exhaust does have a place but the fact is that there's no Divine Orb card that dictates where you should go. So the main card that dictates where you should go is pretty much Apothecary and the patient, and those are pretty much the two main cards and there is the doctor but there's no real good map to farm the doctor on.
What is the Good Map To Run in Each Path of Exile League?
Layout (Linear or Circular) - You have to have a good layout, ideally the map should be linear - you could pretty much go down a straight line to the boss and you don't make a loop, so there are some maps like race course which is a loop and that'll pretty much mean that you could never do the leader mirror because Deli mirror means that you need to have a linear layout so that you can be as far away from the fog as possible, so you don't loop back to the fog.
Divination Card - Now the other aspect is there is a good Divination Card to farm. Right now a lot of the good divination cards are pretty much gone, you no longer have brother stash, Sage treasure, and hoarders, so there's a bunch of Divination cards that used to be good that are pretty much as gone. Scout is another one people used to do on tropical islands for that and that divination card is pretty much worthless now.
Where is the Boss? - In POE, right now a lot of the high-end farming revolves around boss Altes or player Altes or Eldritch minion Altes, three different types of altars can spawn. And if you kill the boss, you eliminate the boss altar, so the only type of altas that can spawn are player altars and Eldritch minion altars. And what player altars mean is that you can get currency duplication and you can also get player Quant and player Rarity and also divination card duplicate, and this is very important now.

- Can play both Delirium Orbs or Deli Mirror
- Straightforward to rush the boss as you just run straight fown the line.
Top 1 - Defiled Cathedral
- New Map in POE 3.19 that has Apothecary
- Can not run Delirium Mirror as no matter what you do, the fog will run out halfway through
- Contains Apothecary, Enlightened, Seven Years Bad Luck, Innocent, and Lachrymal Necrosis
- Boss is extremely difficult if you are boss rushing
- More mobs than Crimson Temple
