Diablo 2 resurrected barbarian warcry barb, so they have buffed twice, now actually the shout barb the first buff came from 30 more war cry damage, the second buff came from they adjusted it down from one mana point per level to 0.75 mana points per level.

How to level up the barbarian’s warcry skill? 

As you level up the warcry skill, it does not cost quite as much mana and that was one of the issues with this character right. Go through a little bit of the character where it's at right now some adjustments. 

Jamm a lot of points into energy

The first point is actually have jammed a lot of points into energy, and this is because running out like five over, five thousand life, and you just don't really need it on the barbarian, the shout bar because everything is going to be stunned around you, so even right now at 3300 life, this might be too much.

Put even more points into energy run lower life here, run like 2500 life and then have more energy, and this is just a good one because it allows your mana potions to crit which is helpful for your shout, it still does cost a lot of mana, but to also just give you more of a base mana pool, so then when you use battle orders, you get an even higher amount, and all of that is great additionally.

Using the PTR gear 

Don't have everything perfect on this build, using the ptr gear Diablo 2 runes and there are some adjustments. The gear using dual Hodo right now, Shaco the plus to mana right there, and remember just looking for live plus skills.

A mara's skills res pretty simple, you could also go for some sort of like plus three to war cries with a little something else and that'd be really nice right here, enigma is super solid of course to teleport around and just increase all that damage plus gives you strength to use whatever stuff you need mage fist. Actually getting some sort of like two to-barb five percent FCR amulet.

And then be at that 105 breakpoints, put frost burns on here, instead to really get that big boost to that mana pool. Don't really need the 20 FCR, but in ptr, they didn't give us that have two Sojs on right now. 

A two barb, five FCR crafted amulet

A two-barb, five FCR crafted amulet would actually be really solid and would take all that, a rack and mesh for this plus to skill and 20 FCR and then right now have alders on. Don't even need the resistance and getting plus to life, doesn't really do a lot for us. So getting rid of this and instead of putting on silk weaves. Super nice for this character, they didn't give us silk weaves, 

But silk leaves would be really solid because you're just gonna get so much additional mana per kill there that is going to help the sustain,  and then just got war cry Gcs in here, just don't even need these five res small charms.

Put some like manas down below just to increase that mana pool because again doing that's really helpful on mercenary. Fortitude Andes and reaper's toll helps with the decertify that's going to help save you a little bit, additionally with like stone skin and that sort of stuff, it's going to help break down that physical res, so you can do a little more damage, additionally, you can still just have insight and that would be probably very helpful for a lot of situations, but if we take this character out, you can see he has pretty fast teleport and he's pretty decent and one of the things.

Doing physical damage from warcry, you're able to deal with a lot of different mob types so for instance like if you are a blizzard sorceress or a fire sorceress or anything like that right now, only be able to kill one of the groups, but not everything there but with this, because it's the physical damage, you're gonna be able to kill a lot of stuff which is always fun, especially if you're trying to ruin farming and that sort of stuff though, you know it's not like the high player counts, but you know it's decent there.

What's really fun about the character is you're able to, not only do a lot of damage, but you're able to clear most any mob types and you're very safe while doing so right this is something that's super helpful. Stunning everything and so life even right now, when a lot of points are put into energy.
