As well as in Act 5 of hell difficulty at which point you can start   up to the end game.

Diablo 2 Resurrected   Amazon Guide - How To Level Up Amazon In D2R

When it comes to the Amazon for Diablo 2 Resurrected, there is one good bow build and one good javelin build that are ideal for. There is a hybrid build where you can go with both bows and javelins. For beginners, just stick to one or the other. If you want your characters to grow up fast, you can go to AOEAH to buy D2R items cheap safe and fast. It's not that big of a deal going hybrid or picking one or the other. It's based on your preference for what you want to play. If you are interested in bose, the best build is the mage zone.

Level 1 - 12

The first skill we're going to be looking at is actually level 12 Exploding Arrow. In order to get to exploding Arrow Well, you have to get there first. The best thing you can use is a plinky bow till level 12 or you can grab Jab which is a good one. Also, your Javelin is actually pretty powerful in the early levels that is because it has pretty strong throw damage 6 to 14 by comparison to most weapons. Therefore, you can use this to take down Blood Raven and it can also be helpful for stronger unique monsters that you encounter. You got your Jab for the easy stuff, you got your throw for anything with more hit points and all you need to do is keep going until you get to level 12.

At level 12 we're going to grab Exploding Arrow. Exploding Arrow is very nice because it does not rely upon your attack rating. It does however factor in your bow speed with good Diablo 2 ladder runes. It has a very fast attack speed. The damage on your bow doesn't really matter because we're just going to be focused on that Exploding Arrow damage. Even though the exploding arrows explosion is going to be responsible for a lot of the damage we're doing. The physical component still does count for the exact target that you hit. So your physical damage will be applied to the exact target that you hit and then the explosion or radius will apply to anything that is not physically hit by the arrow. Therefore it can still be helpful to have attack ratings and it can still be helpful to have a bow that has some additional damage for that single target that you're aiming for.

Attack rating is servicesed for when it comes to the pierce ability if you successfully hit the target with your attack rating. Then you can potentially pierce through it and hit targets behind it as well. Otherwise, the Exploding Arrow will always hit its target and always explode on its target. It just may not pierce through if your attack rating is too low or if your pierce rating is too low.

You will probably be in the Catacombs around level 12. Your Exploding Arrow is going to be quite viable, even the champion tainted go down quite quickly. Keep the attack speed up on your bow and it helps quite a lot for your stats. You'll want enough dexterity and strength to wear whatever gear you want. The rest can go into vitality mostly and you can also put some into energy if you want more mana to fire your Exploding Arrows more easily. You can also socket your armor with sapphires to help get your mana up, due to the fact that mana is short in the early stages of the game. So getting mana up with those sapphires really helps a lot or just by putting some into energy.

As for your Mercenary, you can go ahead and grab a Prayer Mercenary that gives you a passive healing tick. You could also grab a Defiance Mercenary to help your armor take fewer hits. As mercenary aura gets your defense up so you can focus on getting high armor value that'll help you to take fewer hits and be more survivable, even though your mercenary will do a good job of tanking. Then you can sit back and let those Exploding Arrows loose. As you're   up, you will want to continue to put points into Exploding Arrow to get that up, in order to do more radius damage.

By the time you get to Canyon of the Magi, your Exploding Arrow will be around level 10. You'll be having an easy time dealing with the monsters that come your way. Exploding Arrow hits hard. The radius affects the fast attack speed. All you need to do is wear some vendor gear and nothing special at all. The strategy of D2R Amazon level up to continues to put points into Exploding Arrow. Exploding Arrow is all you need to carry you all the way through normal difficulty up until level 30.

Level 30

As you've beaten Diablo and you've progressed to Act 5 and here we are in the Frigid Highlands. We are going to be here until level 30 doing the eldritch the rectifier, shank the overseer, and then Pendle skin. We're going to be doing that run for a while until we get to level 30. Once we hit level 30, we're going to respect into a Lightning Fury Javazon. An exact run will level you up extremely quickly if you didn't manage to make it to level 30 in your play-through up until this point. Just doing three super unique bosses over and over again will get you there really fast.

Upon reaching level 30, visit Akara and take your first respect from her. You'll want to now put a point into Lightning Fury. You can only put one so far because you're only level 30. It is also helpful to put a point into both Pierce and Valkyrie, which make you level up quickly in Diablo 2 Resurrected. Initially, your Lightning Fury has a few bolts that it shoots out. It's going to be underpowered until you get a couple more levels under your belt. Alternatively, you can just wait until level 33 or 34 and you can continue to use your Exploding Arrow.

Level 35

By the time you reach level 35, your Lightning Fury will feel a lot better. The basic progression as you level up is just going to be Lightening Fury also Pierce, moreover, put your Valkyrie up as well. Once again, you can stat up dexterity enough to wear your weapons strength, enough to wear your weapons and gear, and then vitality. If you want to put some more into energy you can. If you've got some grand charms to give you mana and you don't need energy great. Lightning Fury can be mana intensive, so we're still   up and doing what works.

Lightning fury is the primary focus and then extra points go into either Valkyrie or Pierce depending on if your Valkyrie feels weak or strong enough. But your Lightning Fury is going to do a real good job of taking down monsters. All you need for gear at this point is a simple Javelin from Charcy, some basic armor, etc. And make sure to get your resistances up as much as you can with whatever gear you can find. Then you should be pretty good into hell difficulty.

Upon heading into hell difficulty you'll want to stack your resistances up the old classic three perfect diamond Kite Shield helps you get through. Then Neflum on your armor can also get your resistances up by 50. Serpent Skin of the Viper Magi also is good for rock stoppers as well the Titan’s Revenge is the one you're going to farm nightmare difficulty before you try hell difficulty unless you have something comparable at least in the ballpark.

You don't need a fantastic Javelin to cope. But it definitely helps a lot in dealing with lightning immunities that come up. Because Titan's Revenge can hit your target regardless of your attack rating which this character is certainly not designed to have. Instead, the lightning Fury Skill ignores your attack rating hits every time and does Javelin's physical damage to your target. Otherwise in order to deal with Lightning Immunes and you're going to be relying on your Valkyrie and Mercenary. You’d level up your Mercenary and make him hell survivable. Because he's going to die quite a lot in hell in the early stages until you get the gear that you need to make him not die. Also helpful for him is the Smoke Armor gets that resistance is up and fairly easy to acquire.

The best thing you can do is an Insight Pole Arm to help keep your mana up because Lightning Fury is a mana-hungry skill and you use it a lot to burn through mana pretty fast. The skill build takes 20 into Lightning Fury and then in your passive and magic try to get around 15 into Valkyrie. A level 15 Valkyrie is pretty strong, she can pretty much tank what you need her to tank and if she dies. You can just recast her so that's no big deal. Otherwise, try to get maybe like 50/60% into Pierce. This helps immensely when it comes to your Lightning Fury skill. Without some into Pierce, you will find your Lightning Fury skill feels underpowered. Once you get Pierced and you start getting multiple lightning chain reactions as your Javelin, Pierces through multiple targets, things start going down way faster.

Highly recommend Pierce and that's the skill build with your remaining points. Charged Strike is good for taking down single targets because Lightning Fury is great when you have a bunch of targets but it gets weaker when you only have one target or two targets. In that case, Charged Strike can help to take down single targets. Otherwise, after that, you'll want to prioritize getting your Pierce up that is unless you happen to find a Razor Tail Belt. Then you'll only need a total of 67 Pierce from your skill. The Razor Tail Belt will provide you with an additional 33%.

That’s the end of the Diablo 2 Amazon level up and hell survival guide. Whenever you are   up a character is to get to act 5 get to the Frigid Highlands, do eldritch, shank the overseer, and Pendle skin till you're absolutely blue in the face that gets you levels, gear, lather or rinse. Repeat until you have a sweet character.
