Once you possess The Last Flame, it must be placed in the Relic Altar, alongside a Djinn Baryas of area level 80 or higher, to activate the 'no-hit' challenge. This combination will influence the Trial, setting your maximum Resolve to 1. This means that even the slightest damage will instantly end your run, delete the Relic, and eject you from the Trial.
