The Uber Uniques are the rarest tier of unique items in Diablo 4 Season 2 that have additional restrictions on their drop requirements and sources compared to regular unique. Read our Diablo 4 Season 2 Uber Uniques farming guide, we’ll talk about the drop rates, loot tables, and how to get them.
Uber Uniques are extraordinarily rare unique items that can drop from enemies levels 85+ anywhere you can get a regular unique in Diablo IV. They always drop at item power level 925. Their normal world drop rate is nearly impossible, perhaps 1 in 100,000. That’s why we barely heard the news about Uber Uniques until Season 2. Now bosses like Duriel, King of Maggots, can drop Uber Uniques in D4 S2, making him the best way to farm these rare items.
You're going to be getting uniques in Season 2 by stocking up on Diablo 4 items such as Exquisite Blood, Living Steel, Blackened Femur, Gurgling Head, Malignant Heart and Trembling Hand.
-For Exquisite Blood, you're going to be defeating world bosses and legion events.
-For Living Steel, you're going to be doing Helltides and opening 300 Cinder Helltide chests.
-For the Blackened Femur, Gurgling Head, Malignant Heart and Trembling Hand, you're going to be doing Whispers and turning in those chests at the Tree of Whispers.
-Doing both Echo Varshan and Grigoire is going to give you additional mats that can drop from those that allow you to fight Duriel. Duriel is a big deal in Season 2 because Duriel can drop the Uber uniques that have a 2% drop chance.
The community has just very recently figured out that's about a 2% D4 Uber Unique item drop rate. Duriel is not very difficult. In about 1 in 50 kills, you're going to get one Uber Unique item in Diablo IV Season 2. This is a pretty high D4 drop rate of Uber Unique compared to before. It's also important to note that Uber Uniques always drop at item power or Ilvl 925 and they do not drop with maximum roll ranges on their aspects or affixes. So getting a perfect Uber Unique in Diablo 4 Season 2 is still an extremely rare event.
