This build is still fully playable and potentially could be used with the new Locus Mine Support Gem. We will be aiming to make this build quite tanky for Delve hopefully.

Mechanics & How this Build Works
We want to use skitterbots because the skitterbot just keeps re-procking the hex on top of the enemy, this gets more powerful if we dual hex which is why we would also have and we have it equipped in the tree, whispers are doom, two hexes that Stacks more damage if you can fit three even more damage that's basically the idea, now for anyone who hasn't played mine builds, basically, it's as simple as you throw your mind down and then you'll hit your detonate mind, one of the limitations with this build when he stops what other limitations with this build is that you need to be in the proximity of enemies so if you lay too many mines and you don't have the matter to sustain it what will happen is your minds won't explode which is problematic, the other thing too is if your Mana pool is too low, then basically it'll choke the build and you won't be able to basically detonate it after mine, so you'll have a period where you have to wait for the mines to die off to be able to recast mines, this isn't a problem with the way that we've structured this tree, there's no cluster jewels in here there's no nothing in here like this is all garbage gear, the tree is just as it is up to level 68, Saboteur, this will be a lot more tanky, it'll probably get down to like depth like maybe three four hundred before it starts to really bottom out, the other alternative that you could run with this is you could run the occultist, and to be honest with you, and we'll just pull this tree in here because we've got a level in the pob, the occultist probably has some really good stuff with like profane Bloom definitely and withering presence, but also Unholy Authority which would mean that you could hex expert proof enemies, and this is where this build may run into issues as well if you have hex proof enemies on the map, you'll not do any real damage, but it'll do like a baseline level damage based in the skill but not enough damage, so there are some limitations, if you want to try with the occultists, there are trees that you can look at Poe ninja for, and you can definitely try the occultist, pyromaniac just give you crazy amounts of Defense and You Hinder enemies as you cast as well, and explosive experts works really well as well, and you basically just stack power charges, so that's basically how that works.
So that's pretty much the underlying mechanics of the build how it works. So we use Hexblast with Minefield support, so then we have a lot more explosions going on, high impact mind support, void manipulation, and then we'll use hypothermia, this is played with like Kaom's Heart and Wrath tide pit and stuff like that we reckon you could play it a little differently around a six link chest and use maybe one of the new like sadist support or something like that to really beef up the damage on this or you could run spell blade and run a blade instead of want as an alternative, now some of the things you want is like plus two amulets plus two one, so you get the skill jam up the higher the skill gem the more damage.
Act Leveling Guide
This build will require rushing a couple of early unique items (Profane Proxy Ring and Rathpith Globe), campaign completion time on league start without any leveling gear will be around 6-7 hours, focus on capping resistances ASAP before getting to endgame maps for a much more defensive experience, with Sanctum coming back into the game, Sandstorm Visage will juice this build right up.
Act 1:
-Leveling using Stormblast Mines + Swift Assembly + Added lightning damage or added cold damage from Lvl.1.
-Equip Calarity.
-Equip Vitality.
-Equip Flame Dash.
-Equip Icicle Mines from Level 12.
Act 2:
-Continue using Icicle Mines to Level.
Act 3:
-Continue using Icicle Mines.
-Complete “The Library” Quest to gain access to Determination.
Act 4:
-Once you reach level 31, switch out icicle mines for Hexblast + High Impact Mine Support + Minefield + Void Manipulation.
-Once you have completed the Eternal Labrynth, Ascend to the Saboteur and take “Explosives Expert”.
-Also equip Blasphemy + Frostbite or Despair Curse.
Act 5:
-If possible, save all chaos drops to this point and see if you can purchase a Profane Proxy ring (level 51 required) from POE trade, this will allow you to trade out your blasphemy aura to use frostbite or despair skitterbots curses, if you can’t get this ring, keep using Blasphemy.
Act 6:
-Just keep leveling.
Act 7:
-Acend again and pick up Demolistions Expert.
Act 8:
-No adjustments, just keep leveling, look for better gear as you go and keep upgrading making sure to keep your resistances capped at all times.
Act 9:

-If you are not level 65 by the end of act 9, farm Blood Aquaduct until you reach lvl 65 as you will be under level for Act 10 and you will have some issues in the last act of the game before you reach mapping where you to progress gear much more easily with mapping drops and currency.
Act 10:
-Focus on maxing out resistances at this stage.
-Progress through the Act 10 - T3 mapping tree.
-Farm for the unique and gear outlined in the endgame tree.
