Once you're level 95 or 90 plus and you've got a pretty min-max build, this has got to be an awesome one because you're scaling up your Critical damage, which is everything in the game. 

- The Malignant Pact, a Wrathful Malignant Heart for all classes, is gonna be the cycle through a malignant bonus every 20 kills, you can gain 20% attack speed for Vicious, Core and Basic Skills and have a 15% chance to fully restore your Primary Resource for Devious, and Brutal: is Every 21 seconds, gain a Barrier absorbing 85-102 damage. The first two bonuses are insane, it is going to be an S-tier heart, and the attack speed and the restoring of your primary resource all the way up to full are really solid. 

- The Agitated Winds, a Druid Brutal Malignant Heart, when 8 to 13 close enemies, automatically cast Cyclone Armor and it cannot occur more than once every 10 to 20 seconds. Cyclone Armor is popular for the Druid class, this is one of the best malignant hearts to use.

- The Decrepit Aura, a Necromancer Brutal Malignant Heart, gains an aura that automatically curses surrounding enemies with Decrepify for 5-15 seconds when at least 5 enemies are near you, that's gonna provide you a lot of movement speed and the ability to kind of manipulate the battlefield and auto curses. 

- The Great Feast, a Necro Wrathful Malignant Heart, each Minion drains 1-2 Essence per second but deals 50-75% increased damage. With no Minions, this bonus applies to you and drains 5 Essence per second. If you are able to manage your essence well, you can get up to a 75% damage increase for something like Bone Spear.
