Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Dragonflight season 2 healer tier list. So that you will how each healing spec plays right now, and what the tiers look like then also we're going to try to predict what the tiers are going to be in patch 10.1 which is less than one month away. In this WoW Dragonflight 10.1 season 2 healer tier list for M+ and Raid, we are ranking every healer spec from S tier to B tier.
WoW Dragonflight 10.1 Best Healer - Dragonflight Season 2 Healers Tier List & Ranking
There have been a lot of swaps coming around lately. A lot of big YouTubers are changing mains and MadSkillzzTV being the best example swapping to Resto Shaman ever since the Resto Shaman buffs came in and the nerf to Evoker came in. With Blizzard changing each spec almost weekly at this point, it would be a good time to go ahead and predict how each healer will feel in 10.1 based on how they feel currently in 10.0.7. This is a very rough guess according to YouTuber LBNinja7, since the affixes are still being tweaked and so is each class, but this WOW Dragonfight season 2 healer ranking could be useful for the Devs in making their decision! So let's go and get into the WOW Dragonflight 10.1 healer tier list.

S Tier
1. Discipline Priest
In patch 10.1, Discipline Priest is getting massive buffs for both Mythic Plus and raid. It's always good to see them high in the Dagonflight healer tier list 10.1 because their damage and healing profile is very good for racing the world first.
A Tier
1. Restoration Shaman
Restoration Shaman is probably going to be up here fighting with Restoration Druid for what's the number two on this A tier. Both of these could easily be in any of these three spots, but Restoration Shaman is actually going to edge out Druid. Because Restoration Shaman’s tier sets are not as good as Restoration Druid, but it's close. What’s more important is that Restoration Shaman’s utility is just going to shine unless something changes. Their healing's just as good as Druids right now maybe a little worse but it is insane. You also do more AOE damage, so it's just one of the best Dragonflight season 2 healers to play and a very safe pick with that class.
2. Restoration Druid
Restoration Druid is going to be in A tier. In Mythic Plus, they're still good, they still do a good bit of damage, and have a lot of CC and utility. But Disc Priest is going to be a league above them. Still, their tier set looks very powerful but they are probably leading the pack in the A.
3. Holy Paladin
Holy Paladin is very strong right now. It's hard to kind of determine where they're going to land just because of how volatile it is right now with all their changes and their reworks of their class tree. But they're very strong, they have a good tier set. It's not horrible but it's not great. It's better in Mythic Plus than it is in Raid.
4. Mistweaver Evoker
Their tier set giving them mana back is going to be great in those vivify ramps are going to be really good. Those 6-second bursts are going to come a lot more often than we think. So it's going to be very strong and we're going to have been able to manage our healing outside of our cooldowns a little bit more with those bursts. But it's going to cost a lot of mana and we don't know if that 6% or 5% mana every 20 seconds is going to give us enough back. However, is it better than Holy Paladin? We don't think. It meets the Holy Paladin wall where that utility. The unique utility that Paladin brings just scales the utility that Monk brings even though it's a great utility, it's just not unique. Windwalkers are looking pretty strong and Brewmasters even too, so when you look at a class like Mistweaver and they might get into A tier for our WoW Dragonflight season 2 healer tier list for patch 10.1. We're missing a lot of healing currently in 10.0.7 with overhealing and that's not going to be as much of an issue in 10.1.
B Tier
1. Preservation Evoker
Evoker is going to be toward the bottom of the Dragonflight season 2 healer ranking unless they see some serious changes. They just need a better tier set or just some buffs to some abilities, maybe just bite the bullet and rework how temporal anomaly works and make it work out while it was still busted.
2. Holy Priest
Holy Priest is also still down on the B tier. They're not as good in the Raid, they're kind of staying on this tier for a while and not going to move much.
Dragonflight Season 2 Best Healers & Worst
To be noted, this Dragonflight WOW healer tier list 10.1 could be totally wrong with them changing tier sets literally weekly. It's just hard to kind of gauge it but this is at the moment where we think that everything's going to kind of file in. Any healer right now is a safe pick to play. As always, Priests is just the safest because you have two options as long as you just strictly want to heal. Druid's also a safe option because you have four options to choose from and Balance Druid is basically always good. If not, then Feral Druid would be good. There's always a Paladin spec that's fine. But also for Holy Paladin and you always need red auras that give damage reduction.
Which one would not be super safe to pick when it comes to World of Warcraft Dragonflight season 2 would actually probably be Shaman. They're really powerful right now, they definitely belong to the top two spots in this Dragonflight healer ranking 10.1. But for some reason, Blizzard has been acting like they're going to nerf it.
