Patch 10.0.7 is rolling out in WoW Dragonflight with dozens of tweaks for classes. So it's time to update a new Dragonflight 10.0.7 Tier List for DPS, Healers, and Tanks to help you figure out which specs are the new meta in PvP (Solo Shuffle, Arena, BGs) and PvE (M+ Raids, Dungeons) at the end of Mythic+ Season 1.
Though the 10.0.7 Pacth is a so-called minor update, undoubtedly there's a pretty hefty wave of changes coming to class specs. Blizzard has attempted to improve Retribution Paladins and Restoration Shamans by providing buffs over time, but unfortunately, these classes still lag behind in terms of their utility, healing capabilities, and damage output. The upcoming Patch 10.0.7 aims to address these persistent issues with these two classes. Other classes that are also identified for improvement in this patch include Restoration Druids, Unholy Death Knights, Warlocks, and Evokers. In terms of PVP, some talents of Retribution Paladin are removed, such as Crusader Strike no longer deals increased damage in PvP combat (was 80%). With that in mind, it's time to make a new class ranking for the 10.0.7 patch and discover the most most effective class specializations to watch in PvE and PvP at the end of Season 1!

In the 10.0.7 patch, a part of DPS specs receives a plethora of changes, some of them negative but mostly positive. The upcoming changes include significant buffs for Death Knights, which will boost their damage output for Frost specialization. Warlocks will also receive buffs to increase damage potential across various specializations, with particular emphasis on single-target damage. Furthermore, Hunters will benefit from enhanced damage output for all three core specializations, including pet abilities. Retribution Paladins are still undergoing targeted changes, which include a revamp of their recently introduced damage-boosting ability, Retribution Aura.
With these changes in mind, let's rank up all melee and ranged specs by looking at their DPS performance in PvE raids (Mythic+ and Vault of the Incarnates) and all rated PvP content (Solo Shiffle, Arena, RBGs) in the 10.0.7 patch now:

With the healing class balance further developed in the 10.0.7 patch, some healer specs became winners. Restoration Druids will experience a reduction in their healing output due to the upcoming nerfs, while Preservation Evokers will also face decreased healing potency in the Dragonflight class. However, players will have access to better healing options thanks to the buffs to Mistweaver Monks, Holy Priests, and Restoration Shamans.
With these changes in mind, let's rank up all healer specs by looking at their healing and DPS performance in PvE raids (Mythic+ and Vault of the Incarnates) and all rated PvP content (Solo Shiffle, Arena, RBGs) in the 10.0.7 patch now:

5 - Restoration Druid (B Tier)

There are also some balances coming to tank specs in Dragonflight 10.0.7 patch. To enhance their survivability, Guardian Druids will receive several buffs that specifically target certain types of damage. Furthermore, there will be significant improvements to the damage output of Blood Death Knights through some substantial buffs. Finally, Prot Paladin buffs will be included in the regular updates, which will boost the damage output of the specialization.
With these changes in mind, let's rank up all melee and ranged specs by looking at their DPS performance in PvE raids (Mythic+ and Vault of the Incarnates) and all rated PvP content (3v3 Arena, RBGs) in the 10.0.7 patch now:
