After a bunch of crafting and trading, we just broke the 1000 div mark and feel like it's time to get back to actually playing the game. At that budget we're looking for a build that can do all content, i.e.
-uber bosses
-40/40 challenges.
-fast mapping, at least 80% deli while taking blue altars without reading (apart from scanning for the word "divine"). Ideally can do all or almost all map mods.
-no hit sanctum is a bonus but not required.
Best relics we have found (out of ~150):
+16% global accuracy rating, +46% chance to avoid being shocked
+10% increased effect of non-curse auras
30% increased attack damge, +26% crit multi for attack damage
POE Best 4 Build at 1000div+
Right now the following builds look most interesting to us.
Strength Stacker
-Insane damage
-Might not exist next league?
-Insanely expensive
-Not super tanky
Met some guy today that said 3 mirrors might not be enough to get this going. Sadge. How is the clear/qol on this? Also there seem to be a few different versions, people play KB, Reave, Venom Gyre, Shockwave on a bunch of different ascendancies too (Berserker, Slayer, Ascendant, Jugg). If someone could go into some of the advantages/disadvantages that would be great. From what I can tell Slayer plays static strike/shockwave as speed clear autobomber, berserker is the go to and can go a few different ways but I don't know where the advantages of the different skills are or when to go Jugg/Ascendant.

Spark CI Aura Stacker Ascendant
-Extremely good clear / high QoL since spark kind of lingers (nice vs. monsters that spawn one after another e.g. deli, beyond etc.)
-Freezes screen => no hit sanctum viable
-Might get nerfed next league with how popular spark is?
-Rather expensive, even for this list
-Not great for ubers in large areas (sirus) <- can we still do them on this budget?
Question: A lot of people write that at high investment ascendant outscales inquis but looking at poe.ninja or PoB the inquisitors usually have way higher damage numbers (like close to 10x at the top end). Are they just pob warrioring or what's going on here? If they're about even we'd prefer to play Scion rather than the old man.
CI Armour Stacker Ascendant
-We assume this is just very tanky
-Good damage (better than aura stacker?)
-Probably worse QoL than regular aura stacker? <- Q: Is this true? If so, by how much? Is this build mostly for bossing/simu 30?
