With the Diablo 2 Resurrected 2.6 patch, several changes are taking place on the side of Terror Zones. They are now accessible offline on no-ladder and Blizzard has also changed the list of areas that can be terrorized. D2R 2.6 Terror Zones Changes
First of all, let's go over the changes to terror zones introduced by the 2.6 patch of Diablo 2 Resurrected, then you will have a better knowledge of the following ranking:
Terror Zones on Single-Player and No-Ladder - Terror zones now are available both for ladder and non-ladder, and coming to single-player. In addition to that, Sunder Charms which were a ladder-only item will now drop in non-ladder Terror zones as well as single-player Terror zones, so not only will all of the Season 2 ladder characters that currently have Sunder Charms which are rotating into the non-ladder, but when you're farming Terror zooms you'll be able to drop them there as well.
Different Rotation Schedule For Offline Terror Zones - Terror zones are actually going to be on a different rotation schedule than they are online basically, what this means is that if you hit a really good Terror Zone online and you've always wanted to farm that on single-player or vice versa if you're playing your new single player character once the patch goes live. They have two different Logics that are controlling which Terror zones are currently active.
New Terror Zones Added - New Terror zones are added and merged even one was removed and some were added to the already existing one.
