Today's we talk about mageblood strategy for 3.20 Forbidden Sanctum League which is going to be farming simulacrums. We go through every step of the strategy, so starting from day 1 up to probably around weekend. But this strategy's definitely not for everyone because it does include simulacrum and endless Heist and both of these things are definitely boring for most of the people, but that actually makes this strategy more profitable for the people that do want to do it. Without further ado, let’s get straight into this POE 3.20 mageblood farming guide for Forbidden Sancum!
POE 3.20 Mageblood Farming Strategy - Easiest Way To Farm Mageblood in POE Forbidden Santum
Leveling
Playing toxic rain and all the through, so starting at level 1 up to farming even with 30 simulacrums. You're going to level up with toxic rain, it takes around 4 and a half hours to finish the campaign even a shorter amount of time. In fact, some people are actually not going to even finish the campaign because they are going to go up to merciless lab, so just finish the merciless lab and then go for Endless Heist.
Endless Heist
Also, you want to start buying the contracts from the hardware when you get at level 60 because that's when you can start doing chaos recipe. And we are going to be doing only demolition and lockpick. Contracts sometimes if we might have to we are also going to do brute force, because we want to level up the ticks because that's the guy we are going to be using for demolition and you actually can't get level 5 with ticks in demolition only in brute force, if you want to have him level 5, you actually have to also do brute forces only like a little bit of them. So doing Heist for probably around a day maybe day and a half, basically farm around 20 to 30 divines.
Simulacrum Swap
After getting around 20 30 divines, that is enough money to be able to start pharmacing locker rooms and also it's going to be after around a day and or maybe day and a half, so Simulacrums we're going to start showing up on trade. Especially since delirium now is on the map device, so Simulacrum should be cheaper than normally and also available much earlier. So after we are done with Heist, swap to Pathfinder and just go for Simulacrums. So one question you might have at this point is how to level up if you're going to do Heist, you're just going to be around level 60, maybe 70.
So how are we going to start doing Simulacrums if you are subtle at such a low level? The answer is to level up in Simulacrums because Simulacrums actually like first 15 waves are super easy even if you're going to be level 70 you're still going to be able to do them. The Youtuber Zen_M tried it last time, so when he did the strategy and he was getting around three to four levels just from doing first 15 waves, so in around like 5 Simulacrums he reached around level 90 and if you're going to be doing just 15 waves, you will make at least enough money to just pay for the Simulacrums even already you're going to make profit.
Why Toxic rain
The main reason to play toxic rain and the main way to make profit is through leveling gems, because when you are playing toxic rain, you only need a 6 link for your weapon and some auras and 1 mobility skill and maybe something like a still skin. So what you can do is in every other jump slot you can just start leveling gems and sell them in and also in your weapon swap. And we can also use Maloney Mechanism for additional free gems.
Another question you might have here is which gems you would level up at the beginning of the league. Every league is different, also even every day or even every hour of the first week of a league is different in terms of economy. We can choose the ones that are the most expensive at level 20 or 21 on poe.ninja.
Bulk selling
When you're going to start farming simulacrums, having enough currency to buy like five maybe even 10 simulacrums because you don't want to just after one simulacrum have to sell everything to be able to afford your next one. Because there's a lot of small currency you're going drop, so like Scarabs, Divination Cards, Catalysts and just having to sell all of these things after every simulacrum is just not worth it, we definitely would suggest doing at least 5 and then doing like 1 big trading session and then buy more simulacrums. Also in around 4 or 5 simulacrum, we're going to level up all of your normal gems to level 20. So that's perfect time to do some trading because you're going to have 2 selfie gems.
If you're going to be leveling in powers or enlightens, that should take you around 15 simulacrums. If you're going to level up awakening gems, that should take you around 30 simulacrums. But these are more expensive and less accessible early on, so just start with normal gems, then enlighten powers and awaken at once.
Waves 21+ progress
Just farming 20 waves with pathfinder and at that point, saving all of money, so we can buy mageblood. Do not invest in a lot into other gear because once we get mageblood, a lot of gear is going to be changed. When getting the mageblood, swap to pathfinder, get a lot of resist from the flask, so it's going to be a completely different gear, so that's why we don't invest too much into pathfinder because eventually all of that is going to have to be replaced once we get the mageblood. And when we get it, we should be able to do around 25 maybe 27 waves and with few other upgrades which shouldn't be too expensive maybe like additional 10 devines, we should be able to easily do wave 13. When you're going todo 30 waves, you will level up like 20, 25 gems on your gear, you're going to make a ton of money, it's always between 10 and 20 divines per hour.
