Gambling is one of the ways to obtain certain types of items in Diablo 2, other than shopping and crafting, when can you gamble and what should you gamble in the game? Let’s go over some best items to gamble in D2R.  

D2R Best Gambling Items - What to Gamble in Diablo 2 Resurrected 

Gambling can be done by the vendor in each act. And when you are higher than character level 57 and you will be able to gamble all different (normal) item types.

What are the best items to gamble in D2R? It does not matter in which act you gamble, the item level varies in a range of 5 points higher or lower than your character level, and only about 10% of the Diablo 2 Resurrected items become rare, then you will also need at least 4 or 5 of the fixes to fit 6 point rares are even worth dozens of high runes. Gambling claws (Runic Talons)

You need to be at a minimum level of 77 to gamble Runic Talons, the best chances are at level 83.

Gambling coronets

There are coronets, which also can become diadems, in that case, also a magical one can be very expensive, such as the Jeweler’s Tiara of Speed, three sockets combined with 30% faster run and walk are really nice for a Bowazon. Talking about rares, we want +2 class skill levels, combined with 20 FCR and other nice mods like sockets, all resistances, strength, and life, maybe also faster run, a dual roll of faster run and the faster cast is also possible.

Moving on to rings, a nice rare is the best item and slot casters want rings with a 10% faster cast, boost to strength, resistances, and life melee chars like a dual leech, combined with attack rating, resistances, and stats.

Rings to gamble: Blood Knot, Corruption Turn.

Gambling gloves

Gloves are also popular because they have +2 to any amazon skill or to martial arts, combined with IAS stats, resistances, and leech, but such gloves often are not the best in slot items because there are crafting recipes for gloves, which also give knockback or crushing blow.

Gambling belts

For belts, we want resistance, faster hit recovery, strength, and life, but there are also crafted ones with life leech and open wounds.

Gambling boots

Finally, for boots, we want 30 faster runs, magic find, and triple resistances, boots can have a maximum of 40 at each resistance and they will be worth a lot when rolling 100 resistances added up or more.

Overall, the best items to gamble in D2R would be coronets, rings, amulets, and assassin claws, for other items, just gamble them with specific mods when you need them.
