The joy of a new game is particularly high for most players and yet many players want to reach the highest level as quickly as possible. This is only possible by skipping e.B cutscenes and not even reading quest texts. We can advise any new player to enjoy Diablo Immortal and complete the campaign in peace. This leveling guide for Diablo Immortal is therefore only intended for players who want to reach the highest level as quickly as possible.

Top 10 Diablo Immortal Fastest Leveling Tips & Max XP Methods

Diablo Immortal is an MMO and if you've never played a massively multiplayer game before, then you are probably going to be a bit surprised with how long it's going to take you to level up, in fact, if you're a Diablo veteran, you're going to be surprised by how long it's going to take you to level up. The level cap is level 60 and if you've played a lot of Diablo 3, you might expect to be able to blaze your way through all 60 levels in maybe 2-4 hours especially if you play a lot of Diablo 3 with seasonal stuff. But in Diablo Immortal, that is not the same, you are going for a long run to get to max level. For the absolute bleeding edge of players people who have played the game in the closed beta and the alpha, they generally know the quickest ways to get to max level but for everybody else we would say that it's going to be a little bit of a slog and take maybe several days for you to get to max level, even playing quite a lot. So here we give you some useful tips in leveling fast in Diablo Immortal.

As with most games, Diablo Immortal starts to level up very quickly, and the further you level up, the more experience points we need and the longer it takes to level up. In order to help you leveling up fast all the way, we've sort out Top 10 Diablo Immortal Leveling Tips which features a lot of content that grants experience points fast and easily.

Tip 1 - Enjoy Yourself and Not Rush To Max Level

Tip 1 for leveling quickly is actually counterproductive, it is to enjoy yourself. There is no rush, you do not need to rush to max level to feel like you have to compete with everybody else, there is a system in place called World Paragon level which eventually if you were playing on a regular basis you're going to catch up to everybody. What if you're not a cutting edge player, there's nothing wrong with that, maybe you're just playing casually just enjoy yourself play through the main story. This game takes place between Diablo 2 and Diablo 3, so it bridges that gap lore wise and there's a lot of really great story elements that happen, so just go have some fun.

Tip 2 - To be efficient with your time

If you do want to level quickly and you don't want to just sit around at level 15 or 30 or 45 for a bunch of time, then make sure that you're not just sitting in westmarch which is the main city that you will interact with other players in. Unless that's what you want to do then go ahead, but if you're trying to level quickly, don't just sit in the game chatting with other people, make sure you're always completing a goal but whether that be going through the main story stuff or doing some of the side stuff that it wants you to do.

Tip 3 - Use Big Area of Effect (AOE) Abilities

This is a tip for basically any action RPG like Diablo, is to use big area of effect abilities, have those equipped because it's going to mean that you're going to clear large groups of enemies quite quickly. Diablo Immortal has a lot of similarities to Diablo 3, and in a lot of cases when you're going to be doing your solo content whether it be in a dungeon or out in the world, if you have a bunch of abilities that are just like support abilities, or if you're like focusing down single targets with really big attack abilities that just hit one target, it's going to mean that you're actually going to level quite slow because there's a lot of enemies that you're going to be chewing through in this game. So use big area of effect abilities, if you're playing a monk, you could use things like exploding palm which is one of the most satisfying abilities in the game or if you're playing a barbarian do like big hammer of the ancient stuff where you're just hitting a bunch of enemies as much as you can.

Tip 4 - Focus Down The Main Story Questline

This is really just a confirmation of what you will be doing in the game, so that way you're not questioning yourself if there's a more efficient way to level, which is to just do the main story, go through from start to finish with it. And anytime that the game has you take a bit of a side turn like to go learn about what elder riffs are or to figure out what's going on in westmarch or to go find out what the cycle of strife PVP system, go to do it and get it done as quickly as you can. But make sure that you're focusing down the primary story of the game and just go on those detours as they come up. For people who have played a lot of Diablo 3, you're going to be familiar with an idea of going and leveling up through some kind of adventure mode where you're either clearing riffs or doing big massacre bonuses with kills just to get a bunch of XP, there's nothing like that in Diablo Immortal at least at this point in the game's lifespan, so just focus down that main story and the side paths.

Tip 5 - Diablo Immortal campaign

With the Diablo Immortal campaign, leveling in the game begins. Through the individual tasks we get a lot of experience points. Each area has its own quest line. But the experience points that we collect through the campaign are not enough to level up to level 60. So we have to level with other content as well. Since some areas only unlock at certain character levels, we sometimes have to pause the campaign and level through other activities. However, the campaign always has the highest priority, as we use it to unlock new content. The areas are unlocked with the following character levels.

Level 20: Westmarch

Level 35: Library of Zoltun Kulle

Level 40: Bilefen

Level 46: Mount Zavain

Tip 6 - Doing Side Quests & Camp

Sometimes we get offered side quests in the areas. They are recognizable as blue icons on the minimap. We are rewarded with experience points and raw materials. In addition, we also find camps in the open world, which are recognizable as a cave entrance icon. There we also collect experience points and are rewarded with precious stones. There are activities that grant more experience points, which is why some power levelers completely ignore the side quests and camps. However, if you are not in such a hurry and play the game because of the story, you should not let this stop you from completing side quests.

Tip 7 - Leveling with Bounties & Daily Quests

Quite early in the game we unlock bounties. While they grant a good amount of experience points, they are limited to 8 bounties per day. All 8 bounties take about 30-45 minutes. Bounties written in blue have targets in the open world, green bounties take us into dungeons. At level 43 we can unlock the shadow faction. We should also do this, since this faction offers more daily quests. While we can only accept one task at a time, we hope that it is a task that ideally combines with a bounty, allowing us to complete two tasks at the same time. Also, with the shadow faction, we sometimes get a legendary item as a reward.

Tip 8 - Gain Experience Points with monster kills

When killing enemies, we sometimes get monster essences. Once we have collected 10 pieces, we bring them to the Horadric Altar. A random entry in the bestiary is unlocked. As a reward, we can expect a lot of experience points and sometimes a legendary item. For most players, however, it makes little sense to farm essences specifically. We do this by the way, while questing. Only at high levels is it worthwhile to farm monster essences. However, this requires a group and good places where many monsters appear.

Tip 9 - Leveling in dungeons & Elder Portals

Diablo Immortal's campaign is already taking us into dungeons. But it is also worthwhile to enter them afterward, because they grant many experience points. However, this is especially effective with a complete group and several runs. Ideal are Mad King's Breach and in the Forgotten Tower, as these two dungeons are completed quickly. With each completion, we also collect points for the Battlepass, where we also receive experience points. Elder portals also grant experience points, but significantly less than dungeons. In elder portals, we actually only gain experience points on the side when we go in to farm legendary gems with three emblems.

Tip 10 - Earn Double XP Through Diablo Immortal Codex & Battle Pass

The Codex lists numerous goals for Diablo Immortal. It is unlocked very early on and grants experience points with every goal achieved. We do most of the work on the side. Nevertheless, it is worth taking a look at the destinations so that you walk around the area a little more carefully. The objectives in the Codex not only reward us with experience points but also with Battle Pass points. At each level in the Battle Pass, we receive important rewards, which above all strengthen our character. In addition, there are a lot of experience points. So, by completing objectives at the Codex, we get twice the experience points. Sometimes there are double rewards for Battle Pass objectives such as completing dungeons. Completing these objectives is one of the most effective ways to level in Diablo Immortal, as you gain more experience points as you progress through the dungeon.  The experience points granted from the Battle Pass increase with the character level. It is, therefore, more efficient if you only get the experience points when the campaign is no longer going on.
