Previously, completing a dungeon might reward you with a new sigil. In Season 9, this method has been removed. Now, you must create every sigil yourself. You’ll get your first few from the seasonal questline and reward tracks, which only take a few minutes to complete. After that, crafting becomes your main source of sigils.
