Tips for Balanced Bleed Build
This build was optimised for RL1 under flawless play conditions. There are still some things that can be improved even at that, but you should take a different approach on leveled characters.
1. Use Occult infused Scavenger's Curved Swords. They're just better with Arcane scaling, especially with Seppuku. They're also lighter. Unfortunately you cannot get two of these on your own before NG+. If you do insist on running Bandit's Blood Curved Swords, aim for 50 dex, 45 arcane. If you are overleveling, get strength afterwards.
2. Use Golden Vow instead of Commander's Standard, it's a weaker buff but lasts 45 seconds instead of 30. Take into account that you spend about 20 seconds buffing after using it, that means you get 25s of buff instead of 10s. This can also be put on a light weapon like a dagger, letting you wear some armor or use Blue Dancer Charm without hardswapping.
3. No need to overinvest. Defense is important too under normal play. 60 vigor, 11str, 13dex, 80 arcane. This is RL123 for Bandit class. Swap out Red-Feathered Branchsword for Ritual Sword Talisman and Radagon Soreseal for Dragoncrest Greatshield. You'll still do more damage than we did on RL1. Congratulations, you now do insane damage while being able to actually survive hits. If you're going higher level, get some endurance first, then dexterity. More hits = more damage.
4. Make sure you learn the buff sequence correctly. failing to poison yourself means you miss out on +32% dmg (w/ crown and exultation). You can also wear Raptor's Black Feathers armor for extra jump atk bonus.
5. There are still optimizations to be made like with the soreseal, just get to the appropriate level and you free up a talisman and you should put on golden vow and flame grant you strength and when buffing throw on kindred rot's exultation. But really for the actual fight switch the soreseal for millicent's prosthesis and the rottend sword insignia for the sword insignia (switch to rotted in NG+). Or instead of the prothesis have the ravenclaw talisman and ravens feathers chest piece and use jump attacks.
