This year EA said “we will be changing the chemistry in Madden 22, we're taking it out from putting on individual players and putting them on strategy items.” so let’s talk about how do we use strategy items, how do we get them and how good are they? we're talking strategy items aka chemistry. we want to show you a couple of things about them - how we get them, how to use them, and how to equip them. it's a toned down version of chemistry from last year.

How To Equip Madden 22 Strategy Items?

To equip strategy items is very different, there are strategy tabs in your lineup page, where you're going to be able to equip all of these things. they can give certain s. you're going to see them when you want to substitute them. they're all going to be there, some of them are by position, the quarterbacks only; some of them are by all positions; some of them it is by the defense or defensive end to tackle linebackers. to make upgrades on these items, it does require training.

We have three things in the elite passer of strategy - not bolded and one bolded. the bolded one is always will be your premium one, you'll get that one for free with free upgrading, but everything else does cost. at a tier four will cost us some, we'll get plus two short accuracy, plus one medium, and plus one deep. but we also get this one it is a different chemistry bucket. we also get plus one play action. the bolden ones have plus ones, or potentially a plus two on the first one on the list, and plus one's the rest away if you fully upgrade them. this is an uncommon version. there's common, uncommon, and rare at this point. with that being said, if you have an uncommon one, you can't sell them, but you can quick sell them. they quick sell for 9K coins, common ones 1K coins, rare ones 50K coins.

Let's go take a look at a common one. there's no bold one on there, but we don't get an automatic plus one on the commons. if we go all the way active we get plus two deep accuracy. deep is the first one listed with plus one pass block, plus one deep route running. you get two offensive categories and two defensive categories. then it gives us a plus one to zone coverage, plus two to pursue, plus one to block shed, plus one to play rack.

How Do You Get These Strategy Items In Madden 22? 

There are a couple of ways. you can earn them through your daily objectives, but also EA has put the strategy item pack in the store, it's 5K coins. you can pull the rare cards out of this pack. if you don't want it, you could obviously quickly sell it. the other way to get them is by exchanging them, because if you have some that you don't want. you can go through these exchange sets. go into the exchange page, then the strategy item page, then click exchange. in here, you can get uncommon ones, rare ones, and then they also have the fantasy packs, where you have to turn in items.

In a rare offense strategy pack, there are a total of ten cards like let it rip, on the move, reel in, short route specialist, pave the way, zone run, etc. if you look at them, they're different with the bonus s strength and lead block impact block and awareness, like the card on the move for running back gives us juke move, spin move, ball carry vision, catching and speed. there seem to be a ton of combinations of these cards. when you get these fantasy packs, you're getting 10 random ones. this gives us the chance to finally be able to see that we have players getting affected by chemistry here.
