A load of new Pro Clubs features coming to FIFA 22, which will have an obvious impact on the playing of the mode, such as new formation and tactics, player archetypes, and more, let’s take a quick look at them. 

Female Virtual Pro

The first confirmed feature in FIFA 22 Pro Clubs is Female Virtual Pro, which added diversity to the Virtual Pro creator. It provides the options to create female players as well as the male ones, so players can select their gender when they create a new pro, female pros develop and progress the same way as male pros, and follow the same growth tree. No matter what kind of Virtual Pro you choose to create, the on-pitch action brings all Virtual Pros together. You've got the females interacting with the men, so you can have mixed matches

Player Growth

In Pro Clubs, you can earn XP in almost all matches, including Drop-In, League, Cup, etc., and grow your player to the max level. The final XP you gained from each game will be affected by the gameplay actions and match rating of your Virtual Pro. With an improved player growth system, you can see a breakdown of all actions performed, total XP earned, XP granting factors, and more information after the match. In addition, the individual player performance screes have been enhanced, the individual heat maps and detailed categorized stats will be available, such as shooting, passing, defending and saving. As in previous years, when you acquire XP and upgrade your Virtual Pro skills, you will gain skill points, which can be used to customize your player skills and game style. In FIFA 22, you can further customize your Virtual Pros with Perks and Archetypes. In FIFA 21, 15 skill points are given at the beginning of Pro Clubs, and you can get a maximum of 110 skill points in Pro Clubs by completing matches. 

Player Archetypes

Similar to other sports games, there are different Archetypes in FIFA 22 for gamers to choose from, significant attribute increases that help you create, customize and secure your Virtual Pro’s identity on the pitch. Archetypes need to be gained through skill points. And you can equip up to three unique archetypes. 

Perks

Perks are another way to improve your Virtual Pro. Player Perks are additional bonuses to specific attributes greatly. Each Virtual Pro has an unlocked perk slot and cab one of the three starter Perks. From there, you will receive at least one new perk per level and unlock additional perk slots at level 9 and 19. This means that when your player reaches the highest level, you will be able to choose from up to 26 different perks in three perk slots. The complete list of Perks including Attacking Perks, Chance Creation Perks, Defensive Perks, and Goalkeeper Perks.

The custom tactics for Pro Clubs are changed in FIFA 22.
