How to Unlock The Coven and Earn Tier 20 Reward?

After speaking with her, you need to earn 25 Restless Rot, the season's currency, and visit one of the three Altars of Witchcraft. To achieve Tier 20 and win the spark, you need to earn Coven's Favor, a new seasonal currency, primarily through completing and turning in Whisper activities at the Tree of Whispers, which serves as the central seasonal feature.
