Healers play a crucial role in keeping groups alive during challenging group quests, dungeons, and raids. The best healing classes will give groups the greatest chances of surviving difficult encounters. End-game raids often require specific class compositions to defeat bosses. Having strong healers is a necessity for any raid group. Top healing classes will open up opportunities to join more progressed raid teams. We've compiled a tier list of the top weapon combinations based on healing abilities, support skills, mana regeneration, and survivability.

S Tier - Bow/Wand

One real S-tier Thorn and Liberty best healer is Longbow Wand. If you want to be a real healer in this game, you have two viable combinations. Why is a longbow wand the perfect combination for healing? Not only the wand is a real healing weapon but longbows also have free skills that you can use for healing which have been greatly buffed by new skill specializations in features recently added to servers in Korea. The long ball is a perfect secondary, you can play wand long bow actually. A longbow is a perfect secondary weapon for healing, You can make damage with longbow, you have some very nice abilities, very nice skills to make range damage. 

S Tier - Staff/Wand

The second best healer in Throne of Liberty would be a staff wand. If you want to make damage additional to healing, you'll have staff. Stuff is the only weapon in the game currently which is regenerating your mana. As a healer, when you use the wand as main weapon, you will use mana a lot. Any weapon in this game is using Mana except staff. Staff have a special skill which is regenerating mana so staff wand again absolutely S tier.

A Tier - Sword & Shield/Wand

We put this in A tier of Throne and Liberty healer ranking only because of one reason regarding healing there are some other combinations which could be even more viable. But sword and shield/wand are two universal combinations of weapons. This class Paladin is perfect for PvE. Because not only that you are able to heal, but you'll also be able to tank. Tank makes damage so you'll have more than one benefit for your party on a sword and shield wand combination weapon. This combination is absolutely amazing in PvE, not only because of healing but also regarding tanking and also regarding damage. In PvP, you are also viable in gameplay.

A Tier - Wand/Dagger

Wand/Dagger is another interesting combination that goes in A tier. Dagger will buff this build with very nice passive abilities increasing your critical damage and damage overall. Also, you're getting special active abilities of the dagger like steal invisibility ambush, special shadowstrike skill, and poison. The dagger wand absolutely viable and even on Korean service, the dagger is one of the best secondary weapons in the game even for healing. You can go in this combination for healing absolutely, you will not be that efficient on a longbow wand or staff wand, or even sword and shield wand. But dagger wand is absolutely viable for healing if you want to heal.

A Tier - Greatsword/Wand

This combination specifically has very high survivability. Not only because of the wand but also because it's a healing weapon. It's really amazing melee damage weapon. Beautiful to play, it actually fits very good with wand. If you want to be a healer, consider a greatsword wand.

A Tier - Crossbow/Wand

We'll put this combination of weapons into A tier. You can heal with crossbow wand but not be that much efficient like a longbow wand or staff wand even a sword and shield wand. Nevertheless crossbow wand absolutely also viable. You can play a little bit. The crossbow is very interesting weapon fast fast-paced weapon, very beautiful skill animation, and very high damage. If you want to play DPS, then you'll play crossbow with a dagger for example. You will not play crossbow with wand nevertheless you can check it out, all depends on your gameplay style.
