Treasure Goblins are known to hoard loot and treasures in Sanctuary. During the event period from August 27 to September 3, hordes of Treasure Goblins will return to Sanctuary, seeking to amass riches for themselves. Adventurers are encouraged to seek out these Treasure Goblins and pilfer their loot bags, which will contain increased gold and coveted drops. Tales from across Sanctuary tell of Treasure Goblins spawning in large numbers after one is attacked, or appearing in pairs roaming the lands. There are also reports of Greed Shrines activating with higher frequency, luring many Treasure Goblins to the sites for loot.
How To Farm Treasure Bags In Diablo 4 Season 5?
Form a party of 3-4 players to efficiently clear maps. Communication via voice chat is optimal.
Run nightmare dungeons that have the "Extra Shrines" modifier. This increases the chances of greed shrines spawning.
When you find a greed shrine, have one player activate it while others wait. This will spawn goblins for that player to kill.
The player finishes their shrine, then others take turns activating theirs to continuously spawn goblins.
Kill all goblins, as each one drops 1-2 treasure bags. Quickly loot all bags before they despawn.
Once the map is clear, kill the dungeon boss. Some bosses may spawn additional goblins on death.
Rinse and repeat by opening the next dungeon waypoint. Farm as many maps as possible during the event duration.
Avoid killing enemies without an active greed shrine to maximize goblin spawns. Stay coordinated with your group.
How To Farm Goblins In Diablo 4 Season 5?
Run nightmare difficulty dungeons and rifts. Goblins have a higher spawn rate in higher difficulties.
Look for dungeons that have the "Extra Shrines" modifier. This greatly increases the chances of greed shrines spawning.
When you find a greed shrine, activate it immediately. Killing monsters while the shrine is active will spawn additional goblins.
Focus all DPS on slaying goblins as fast as possible. Each goblin killed has a chance to drop 1-2 treasure bags.
Clear the entire map of goblins before moving on. Check hidden areas and corners as they like to wander off.
In a group, take turns activating greed shrines so goblin spawning doesn't stop. Coordinate well via voice chat.
Some bosses like the Act V boss will spawn a huge wave of goblins upon death for even more bags.
Use AoE abilities and skills to cleave down crowds of goblins efficiently.
Avoid killing anything unless a greed shrine is active to maximize spawns per run.
Once cleared, immediately start the next dungeon or rift for back to back farming runs.
How To Farm Bonus Boss Mats In Diablo 4 Season 5?
Run Nightmare difficulty dungeons that have the "Extra Shrines" modifier. This increases the chance of greed shrines spawning.
When you find a greed shrine, have one player in your group activate it while others wait. This will spawn additional goblins for that player to kill.
Kill all goblins as they die, as each one has a chance to drop 1-2 treasure bags containing loot and bonus materials.
Clear the entire dungeon map of goblins before moving to the next area or activating another greed shrine.
You can also do this efficiently in Hell mode by activating greed shrines while fighting bosses like Maiden. More goblins will spawn.
Form a coordinated group to take turns activating greed shrines for back-to-back goblin spawns across the maps.
Farm both dungeons and Hell mode bosses for the highest chance of bonus materials like Exquisite Blood.
Open all collected treasure bags for a chance at D4 rare items, crafting mats and increased bonus boss materials.
Diablo 4 materials like Blood will likely drop in price during this event due to increased supply. Farm and sell high.
