2. Season Lengths: Based on the above schedule, although the previous ladder seasons do not have uniform durations, they generally follow an interval of 3-5 months.

3. Season 7 Duration: From the above, we can determine that Season 7 will still last 3-5 months, but it is likely to lean towards a shorter cycle of around 3 months. Since the Blizzard Diablo team seems to have focused all their energy on D4 Season and DLC updates and is too exhausted to make innovative updates in D2R, a long cycle season without new content updates would only further displease the dedicated players of this game. Therefore, choosing a 3-month short cycle for the Ladder reset is more reasonable, as seen in Season 7.
