Six Vampiric Powers are returning from Diablo 4 Season of Blood including Aspect of Metamorphosis, Hectic Utility Aspect, Undying Defensive Aspect, Offensive Aspect of Accursed Touch, Blood Boiling Offensive Aspect, and the Offensive Aspect of the Moonrise back. These are being reintroduced as legendary powers, not unique. They are not all exact 1:1 copies, largely are close to matching their previous functionality.

Up to a [20.0 - 35.0]% chance for skills to inflict Vampiric Curse on enemies
Enemies afflicted with Vampiric Curse are also Vulnerable

Blood Boiling Offensive Aspect:
When skills Overpower an enemy, spawn 3 Volatile Blood Drops
Collecting a drop causes it to explode, dealing [3,447 - 6,895] Physical damage
Every 20 seconds, next Skill is guaranteed to Overpower
Undying Defensive Aspect:

When Evading turn into bats, become Unstoppable for 2.5 seconds
Enemies along path take 13,789 Physical damage and are afflicted with Vampiric Curse
Evade's cooldown increased by [10.0 - 5.0] seconds
Offensive Aspect of the Moonrise:
Damaging an enemy with a Basic Skill grants 4.0% Attack Speed stacking up to 5 times
Reaching max stacks enters Vampiric Bloodrage, gaining [40.0 - 80.0]% Basic Skill damage and 15.0% Movement Speed for 10 seconds

Murmuring Obals
The first step is to go to Jeweler, and exchange Shattered Stones for Murmuring Obols, which is the currency used for gambling at Kadala. There are two main ways to obtain these:
Run Greater Rifts on the highest difficulty level you can clear efficiently. Completing GRs and upgrading your legendary gems is the best way to earn obols.
Do bounties, prioritizing chapters with extra rewards like The Butcher or Belial. Bonus rewards chests at the end have a good chance for obols.
Focus on clearing content quickly. Speed GRs under 5 minutes and bounties in 10-15 minutes will yield the highest obol returns per hour.
Gambling
Once you have a large stockpile of obols (1000+), it's time to gamble. Gambling is the easiest way to get D4 1.3.3 Vampiric Aspects. Boots - The only chance you can get mobility aspects. Gamble boots for a chance at Metamorphosis.
Hectic
Boots/Chest/Shield /Gloves - Gamble these for Hectic Aspect, both have a 50% chance to get the utility aspect.
Undying
Pants - Only Defensive aspects. Gamble pants to try for Undying.
Accursed Touch, Blood Boiling, Moonrise
Gloves - Only Offensive aspects like Accursed Touch, Blood Boiling, Moonrise. You could get these from a weapon or a focus, but gambling weapon and focus doesn’t make any sense because they’re not going to be item level 925, they’re garbage. The best thing you can do is gamble gloves, the item level on gloves doesn't matter. You can still get a very good piece if you’re lucky enough.
