11/1/2023 8:15:42 PM

If you have ever used an Inferno build in Lords of the Fallen, then you understand the pain and suffering of having almost every single enemy resistant to your fire damage. But that all changes after today because we got you the top 3 LOTF best Inferno builds and weapons for early, mid & endgame.

LOTF Inferno Build Guide - Top 3 Best Inferno Builds & Weapons In Lords of the Fallen

In our Lords of the Fallen Inferno build guide, we’ll break down the stats, weapons, spells, and tips for each 3 best LOTF Inferno builds. Lords of the Fallen has Rivers of Blood, if you the bleed builds, we've got an early game bleed build that also does poison and fire buildup on enemies and you can cast Inferno spells from the range with ease. The second LOTF best mid-game Inferno build achieves an unparalleled level of prowess in both offense and defense, allowing complete dominance over all enemies through supremely empowered and resilient combat prowess. Last, we have the most overpowered agility Inferno build for you in the late end game.

1. LOTF Best Inferno Early Game Build

This build is a dual-wielding short sword build that focuses on bleed buildup and applying bleed to enemies. In every Souls game, bleed is the best buildup. Every enemy can seemingly bleed but there are multiple long sections of the game where many of the other status effects just don't apply very well. Focusing on bleed early on allows you to apply bleed on enemies and deal damage.

Stats

Strength: 13

Agility: 28

Endurance: 16

Vitality: 16

Radiance: 8

Inferno: 22

Agility is your primary attribute as it does scale with Kukajin’s Sword and the Bloodlust Sword that we are currently using for physical damage. You can focus on Inferno a little bit more if you want to learn more about the Inferno spells. But for the most part here, you're only really main focus is going to be on agility for that physical damage and then vitality. Because you need that health because enemies hit an absolute truck in this game and then endurance for that stamina because we're going to be rolling a lot.

Weapons

  • Kukajin’s Sword: It has very strong attack power that allows it to deal heavy strikes against enemies.

  • Blood Lust: By amplifying damage output and sustaining aggression, Blood Lust enables Genocidal playstyles that overwhelm opposition through relentless damage stacks.

Spells

We are using just the default Infernal orb which is just a great spell, it doesn't use a whole lot of mana and it does a solid amount of damage unless they are fire resistant. Also using conflagration which is a stream of fire from your hand. The main spell that you want to grab here is Adyr’s Rage. It increases your physical damage for a period which is just fantastic for this build using these dual-wielding weapons. We're focusing on that physical damage plus the bleed, it's a great spell. If you need a catalyst or you need some of these spells, the Tortured Prisoner is the best way to do this.

Armor

In terms of your armor, it's up to you. As long as you're medium at least medium rolling, you could light roll if you wanted to. But you don't want to be heavy rolling with this build. You want some of that protection because we are dodging.

Tips

As you're leveling up this build in the early stages of the game, focus on vitality and a little bit of insurance. Your actual weapon scaling is awful until you get the blacksmith and start upgrading the weapon. Getting better HP and stamina is more important plus Inferno if you are using more spells. Don't invest too much in Inferno because it only increases the scaling of the fire damage on Blood Lust unless you're specifically focusing on a Pyro Knight build. You don't want to worry too much about the Inferno stat that you have as it doesn't increase the physical damage which is the main focus for this build.

LOTF Best Inferno Mid Game Build

This is the most insane Lords of the Fallen Inferno mid game build that takes advantage of Inferno based weapons and skills to create the ultimate blazing warrior. We take advantage of seismic slam which deals incredible AoE damage but also if angled correctly.  It can shotgun enemies dealing insane damage for a single cast. As a warrior, we take advantage of the Fallen Lord’s Sword which is a grand sword that cleaves enemies down. It also has a pretty insane ignite stat which does AoE fire damage. On top of it already really solid damage. Just keep in mind, that this LOTF Inferno build is very heavy mainly because our weapon is super heavy. That's why has as much endurance as possible.

Weapons

  • Fallen Lord’s Sword: This is going to be your bread and butter because this is one of the best swords that has good scaling on Inferno. Three Inferno runes, one of the best base ignite chances, pretty much everything you would want from an Inferno base build.

  • Orian Preacher Shield: This is a Radiance based shield increase your Radiance to gain further insight. We're using it purely because we want some mana sustain.

  • Searing Accusation: For our Catalyst, we have the Searing Accusation. It's not the best scaling Catalyst, it is the second best but the best is actually in the end game.

Spells

We use Magma Surge, it is pretty decent for zoning enemies that stand still. We get Seismic Slam, Infernal Weapon, and Adyr’s Hardiness. This is one of your bread and butter spells, it gives you defense and resistance and it's a sizable buff.

Armor

  • Pyric Cultist Hood: It provides moderate protection for the head/face and some additional magic defense. It does not block vision like a full helm.

  • Sovereign Protector Armour: It is a heavy, plate-style armor set that provides excellent physical defense for all parts of the body.

  • Sovereign Protector Gauntlet: The gauntlets provide extremely robust protection for the hands and forearms against melee attacks.

  • Sovereign Protector Leggings: They are plate leg armor that provides extremely high physical defense for the legs/thighs.

Tips

If you don't want to use the Manastone Ring, you will be able to generally sustain using both your buff and the defense buff from the shout because you have enough mana sustain by the time the actual buff expires. Don't expect to be spamming this ability as much whenever you're actively playing because it costs too much mana. If you drop the Manastone Ring and only use the shield. The shield thing should be sustainable for the buffs and the stuff alone.

LOTF Best Inferno Endgame Build

First, we have an Inferno Pyro build in Lords of the Fall strong enough to spank every enemy, a build you can use for the end game plus hop into PvP. This overpowered Pyro Powerstance has it all.  In PvP, the main deal here is the fact that you will not have much poise or hyper armor. So you have to be nimble because you will get staggered. But once you start connecting and landing your ignite and burn will start to do its thing and then just watch as your enemy's health bar shrivels up.

Weapons

  • Grinning Axe: This deals 80 burn and 80 ignite. It already has ignite, so it's just stacking even more ignite buildup back onto itself. This is what makes this build absolutely bonkers.

  • Bloodlust: This sword deals burn and bleed.

That combo alone is already looking pretty sweet. These are two of the best Inferno weapons in Lords of the Fallen. There is some very important gear that we need that makes this build go plus Ultra.

Jewelry

Ring of Infernal Devotion: It's a very late game ring but it is very much worth it. Because we want as much ignite as we can get. Essentially we want to be procing it on every single strike if possible. This ring is turning all of our burn buildup into ignite. That means the bloodlust sword is giving us bleed burn and ignite.

Grinning Axe:

Spells

Firstly you can use lnfernal Orb and the Magma Surge for ranged attacks. Adyr’s Hardiness increases our defense, an Adyr’s Rage increases all damage types and then the Infernal Weapon enhances with even more fire damage.

Tips

For this build, we recommend holding the axe in your main hand. This way, you can two-hand it if you’re using the axe's main move set instead. Because remember two-handing is best against individual enemies striking a single target. Instead of the infernal weapon buff, you can use wither salts. The wither enhancement can lead to a heavy damage increase but it just depends on what type of enemy you're fighting.
