This Diablo IV class tier list is based on raw numbers in terms of damage with a boss fight. What character does the highest damage and kills the bosses at the fastest clear speed? It depends on your build and realistic DPS versus true DPS are two different things that you can actually try to shoot for. Uber Lilith is probably the best numerical stat in terms of the most DPS and fastest clearing speed, killing the Uber Lilith is the hardest thing to do in the game. Uber-Lilith, also known as Echo of Lilith, is the only Uber boss in Diablo IV, and much more powerful than her base form. To find the Echo of Lilith, you need to have defeated the campaign and reached World Tier 4 in the game. What's the location and level of Uber Lilith in Diablo IV? The Echo of Lilith is a level 100 boss that can be found at the Echo of Hatred, marketed as a pinnacle encounter.

So if we are using the Uber Lilith killing time as the metric, what classes are the best boss killer? 

When it comes to the clearing speed, Necromancer is actually a little bit faster than the others, followed by Rogue and Sorcerer, both of which are really high on this tier list, the next one is Druid, but Barbarian is way further behind. The Necromancer can get hit for millions of damage, which is fantastic, there is a 90-second kill for Uber Lilith with a solo Necro build, and there is also a Rogue that did it as fast as two minutes, that's relatively close as well and then we have a Blizzard Sorceress build destroys the boss at two minutes and 25 seconds, where the Werenado Druid build costs three minutes and 31 and then we have the HOTA Barb coming in last place.

But it also depends on what builds you are playing and what D4 gear you are equipping, if you are not using the meta build, the result is probably going to be different. For example, if you are not playing Bone Spear Necromancer, your clear speed will be much slower than any of the other classes in higher-tier Nightmare Dungeons.
