It's dangerous to use Pressure On Heavy Touch or Press After Possession Loss for his formation that's because on this formation you only have got two Center mids, so if your player is going to pressure, you won't have anyone to defend other than your two Center backs,  which can lead you into some problems and an easy goal on the CAM control attack. So only use Press After Possession Loss if you are using and you really need to score a goal, other than that don't you ever use Press After Possession Loss or Pressure On Heavy Touch with this formation. So the best thing would you use with defensive style is going to be Balanced.
