FIFA 23 Premier League TOTS Tier List & Rankings - Best TOTS Premier League Cards in FIFA 23

EA Sports released the Premier League Team of the Season, and the EPL TOTS has some insane meta cards. Today we are going to make a PL TOTS tier list for FIFA 23 Ultilmate Team, putting each of the cards that got dropped into it from God tier top player cards all the way down to Fodder.

Our FIFA 23 Premier League TOTS tier list has sorted out the best cards for Team of the Season. We have S-god tier, these are going to be absolutely incredible cards. Then we have A-quality, these are going to be really good cards in game. B-good, this is for solid players that are really usable. C-disappointing, this is for players that maybe could have had better stats. D-fodder, these are just players that are literally pointless. Now let’s get straight into the FIFA 23 PL TOTS ranking tier list, see what is the best card for Team of the Season 2023!

Reece James - Chelsea - 91- RWB (B-Tier)

He's a pretty solid option for the good section. When used him in the Premier League team of the season cup, he's really good, defensively very strong, got a good enough pace and also very good at crossing. So if you get down the line definitely if you use this card, try him with some crossing.

Heung Min Son -  Spurs - 94 - LW (B-Tier)

This one's a little bit debatable, we actually used him once again in the Premier League Team in Season cup, we can put him good. He's not as good as what he has been in previous FIFA's. He’s 744K, there are better players for that price.

Raphaël Varane - Manchester Utd - 94 - CB (S-Tier)

Varane in every FIFA is literally insane, just look at his stats, 90 pace, 82 dribbling, 58 shooting is irrelevant, 95 defending, 73 passing and 93 physical is ridiculous. No debate.

Bruno Guimarães - Newcastle Utd - 93 - CM (C-Tier)

Put him in disappointing and there's a reason for this. His stats are not bad, once again if you look at his overall card is in games, all the stats are looking solid. But there's one thing that really disappoints us and that is 3-star skill moves and 3-star weak foot. So put him in the C tier. 

Casimiro - Manchester Utd - 94 - CDM (B-Tier)

Put him in the good, he's fairly quality. If he went off price and value, you'd actually probably put them in quality. We'll put him in good for now, with 92 defending, 97 physical and 84 pace. He's absolutely solid, a very solid CDM in the game, he could have gone in quality.

Harry Kane - Spurs - 95 - ST (B-Tier)

Put him in the good, with 5-star weak foot, 3-star skill moves, they could have gave him a four-star skill, so if that card had four star skills, it would have been definitely in quality. But it’s still a solid card, his stats are amazing, 91 spring speed, 89 acceleration, he runs super fast. 99 positioning, 99 finishing, 99 shot power, 99 penalties, 96 vision, 93 stamina, 93 strength, 99 reactions, the only downside is his defending. 

Oleksandr Zinchenko - Arsenal - 92 - LB (C-Tier)

Put him in the disappointing section. A +2 on his FUT Birthday, EA have just got him over a lot of Arsenal players, their rating is just not been upgraded barely to what it could have been. And probably even with two less ratings, his FUT Birthday might be better because you can either get a four-star weak foot, 5-star skill move one or a five-star weak foot, 4-star skill move card whereas his Team of the Season has a 3-star skill moves and 4-star weak foot. We just don't think the +2 is better than having one of them other two options from his FUT Birthday cards. 

Kevin De Bruyne - Manchester City - 97 - CM (S-Tier)

Put him in God tier, you could debate it because he's got a Team of the Year and it's the same rating, but still it's got there. His stats are absolutely brilliant, for the shooting, he’s got 94 positioning, 99 shot power, 97 long shots, 91 finishing and 90 penalties. All the passing stats are above 95 except the 87 accuracy. He dribbles the ball very well with 99 reactions, 97 ball control, 96 composure and 85 agility. 97 stamina is excellent, 85 interceptions is great. So we put him in the S tier. 

Martin Ødegaard - Arsenal - 92 - CM (C-Tier)

Put him in the disappointing again, can't believe he's actually only 92 overall as well. He's had an absolutely incredible season captain in Arsenal, you could literally go back to his Team of the Season at Real Sociedad where his season definitely wasn't nowhere near as good as this and his card is literally the same rating, it's ridiculous, so that's why he's in disappointed.

Haaland - Manchester City - 97 - ST (S-Tier)

Then we got 97 rated Haaland with 4-star skill moves and 5-star weak foot. He’s definitely a god tier card. His stats are so elite, the only downside is the defending, but he’s still super amazing, there’s no debate. 

Gabriel Martinelli - Arsenal - 93 - LW (A-Tier)

He's been shafted on the rate and he's definitely should have been higher. But in game, this card is ridiculous, he's really good, really quick, really agile, really strong as well. His finishing's really good, so he could be the first player in the quality section, he's really good.

Bukayo Saka - Arsenal - 93 - RW (S-Tier)

Put him in quality, he definitely should be higher rated as well, the fact that Saka isn't as high rated as Rashford considering the Arsenal placement and the United placement is up for debate. However, EA actually did give him the 5-star weak foot for increase which was very gassed and that just makes it a lot better, you can sacrifice a rating or 2 if he's going to get an increase in weak foot, that was sick, but he seemed very good in game, so definitely in the quality section.

Marcus Rashford - Manchester Utd - 95 - LW (S-Tier)

Then we’ve got the greatest card of the Premier League Team of the Season FIFA 23, everything is better than Haaland, but the stats are a joke, that is Marcus Rashford. He's definitely in God tier. Just look at the stats, 99 pace, 95 dribbling, 95 shooting, 56 defending, irrelevant 92 passing and 89 physical. 5-star skill moves, 4-star weak foot. Definitely put him in the S tier.

William Saliba - Arsenal - 92 - CB (C-Tier)

Another Arsenal card, only a +2 on his fantasy FUT which obviously was a big upgrade anyways. It should have been high, but still a very good card like he actually probably could go in the good section here because he's definitely really usable. But it's just like a bigger upgrade was deserved day, it should have been at least a 93 probably even a 94. 

Ruben Dias - Manchester City - 96 - CB (A-Tier)

He is going to go to the quality section. You actually could push him up to god tier, he is really good in game. If you've got him, give him a go. He’s a very solid center back, he's so agile, the 99 short passing, 99 strength, 99 aggression, 98 long passing he gets are ridiculous, the really good slide tackles, good recovery pace, good in the air, incredible center back, very good.

Aaron Ramsdale - Arsenal - 90 - GK (D-Tier)

A keeper that has 93 reflexes, 91 diving, 94 kicking, but only 57 defending, he’s not that great for a keeper. So put him in the Fodder. 

Mahamed Salah - Liverpool - 96 - RW (A-Tier)

He’s really good in game, he's did have the 5-star skill moves which definitely is nice. His stats are brilliant, 96 pace, 95 shooting, 97 dribbling, 90 passing, 83 physical, but only 54 defending. So we put him in the A tier, he’s still solid. 

Kieran Trippier - Newcastle Utd - 92 - RB (D-Tier)

Then we have the last PL TOTS card Kieran Trippier, again, we put him in the Fodder. Compared with the previous cards we talked about, his stats are not that great, 90 pace, 73 shooting, 93 passing, 87 dribbling, 87 defending, 91 physical. 3-star skill moves, 4-star weak foot is not great either.
