-Titan Training Matrix 1 drops from rares and world quests, this increases the item level 333 - 343.
-Titan Training Matrix 2 drops from Normal Dungeons, this raises the quality 346 - 356.
-Titan Training Matrix 3 drops from Heroic Dungeons, this has the item level go up 359 - 369.
-Titan Training Matrix 3 drops from Mythic Dungeons, this can raise the item level all the way up 372 - 382. This is 10 levels higher than the mythic 0.

Tip 3 - Elemental Storms
A Primalist firestorm rages through the Slagmire, imbuing creatures with new powers and strengths. There are storm events on the map, you can kill mobs there to get resources like Elemental Overflow and Storm Sigil. You can buy 359 gear with Elemental Overflow. Most importantly, you can use Storm Sigil upgrade all the way to 385. As you kill mobs in the storm, they can give you the quest that gives you Storm Sigil, turn them into the Rethelshi vendor, and you can get 1 quest for each of the different storms.
The 4 different storms are air, water, fire, and earth. You can also ask the vendor which vendor you already turned in, in case you forgot. You are limited to one of these quests per storm per week. You can choose these pieces and you can get set bonuses out of using this best Dragonflight gearing method as well.
Tip 4 - Rares and Super Rares
There are also rares and super rares mobs that can drop gear up to 385 item level.

Tip 5 - Aiding The Accord Quest
You also have an “aiding the accord” quest that you can complete every week that scales up to 400 item level. This scales based on your gear, it’s usually best to do this at the end of the week. You can maximize the reward since you will have more gear towards the end of the week.
Tip 6 - War Mode
You can also get PvP gear in WoW Dragonflight for using war more. If you are doing world quests anyway and you are throwing war mode on, you can use this to get extra bloody tokens that you can turn into the PvP vendor for some extra gear.
Tip 7 - Mythic Dungeons & Valor
Mythic Dungeon starts dropping gear at 376 bases and they also give you the vault reward at the end of the week. Keep in mind that, vault reward item levels are higher than dungeon drops at the very end of the dungeons. The highest you can go with this is level 20 keystone which will give you up to 405 at the end of the dungeons which means that’s spammable. And the great vault can give you 421 item level if you do the keystone level 20.

You can use valor to upgrade your gear all the way to 415. However, you need to make sure that you have enough mythic ratings to be able to achieve that. We will show what rating you need to get what item level.

4 Set - Warrior Fury Set 4pc - Sudden Death’s chance to reset the cooldown of execute and make it usable on any target, regardless of health, is greatly increased.
Here is the table working down all the item levels and how it works down with different bosses.

Tip 9 - Dragonflight PvP Gear
Source - PvP Item Level - PvE Item Level
Crafted Gear - 389
War Mode Gear - 408 - 366
Honor PvP Gear - 411 - 346-366
Rated PvP Gear - 424 - 382-405
You can use PvP gear as a way to supplement individual pieces, so you can use war mode gear which is 366 item level in PvE. In PvP, it scales up to 408. You can use honor gear which is 340 item level goes up to 366. In PvP, it scales to 411. Rated gear is 382 up to 405 if you upgraded it. This will get you all the way up to 424 item level in PvP. Honor can be a great source to farm if you are lacking one particular area because you can choose which piece you want to buy and it only takes a battleground or two to get a piece.
You can also farm honor while you are leveling by doing battlegrounds. This means when you hit level 70, you can buy basically a full setup armor and be in a really strong spot and jump right into the mythic. Upgrading any PvP gear only increases PvE item level, it will not impact PvP item level.
Conquest also caps 515 per week, however, this is a full catch up mechanic where it's increasing 515 per week regardless of how long your character has been in level 70. So you alts can jump right in if they are half way through the season and catch up.
To upgrade Dragonflight WoW PvP gear all the way to 405, you will have to have a duelist rating which is 2100+.
