The biggest event Black Friday is here, which means we've got a little bit of a market crash on our hands, some players increase and some expensive players drop slightly in price. FIFA 23 Black Friday Market Crash Guide - Should You Sell & Buy Your Players Now 

Black Friday is an event that started in America to signify the beginning of the Christmas shopping period. This year, FIFA 23 Black Friday begins on the 25th of November. The following Monday is Cyber Monday. Between these two dates, EA will hold a Black Friday promo event in FUT 23, covering hourly pack, lightning rounds, special squad building challenges and daily or weekly objectives. Every year causes a market crash for Black Friday, people will buy a card at the lowest value, and once the rush of supply ends, the value of meta players will shoot up. Prices may not return to pre-crash prices for a while, but when people are making a profit, they will sell those players. 

Now there is a question about if people should be starting selling their team right now or if they should still wait a few weeks, play a few more FUT Champions or Weekend Leagues FIFA 23 and then sell it.

I think right now it's probably going to be the best time to sell for Black Friday FIFA 23.

1. If you invested in Path to Glory cards like ELYYT did in which you are losing probably the biggest amount of the year on those, but don’t let that get you down, if you have lost a couple hundred thousand coins on those, there are opportunities to make those back now and one of the things that we have got on Black Friday is 10 coin pack. The pack gives you three rare gold players and a couple of the World Cup players for 10 coins, now they are untradeable. So it's not going to affect the market too drastically, but it's a really cool addition that EA have added, so make sure to go get that. They're going to continue doing things throughout the day of Black Friday, so continue checking your companion app, continue checking on your web app or if you're on your console, check the store throughout the day, there might be more promo packs including the Black Friday Centurion pack. The Black Friday Centurion pack is going to be the biggest pack that we've ever seen added to FIFA and it's going to have 100 rare gold players five times, the amount of a 100K pack making this, a 500K pack. 

2. 84s went from like 2.1 to 2.93K, so a nice rise on the 84s. But the cards that have gone up the most are the 88 rated cards, and if you have any of those, sell them now. Once the Centurion pack comes out, a lot of the community is going to want to do it no matter the cost just because it's so new exciting and it's the biggest pack we've ever seen. So a lot of people are going to want to do that Centurion pack which is going to add a lot of SBC fodder to their Club in which the 85 rated fodder is going to come back down a little bit, it's still going to be much more expensive than what it was last week as these cards have over doubled in price. A lot of them tripling in price, incredible profits on those cards if you had them.

3. 89s even went up as well, now 89s aren't directly needed in the SBC, but because 88s went above the price of 89s, the 89s went up with them. The reason that 88 rated fodder is up in prices because of the maximum 89 World Cup Hero upgrade, we saw this coming. 87s are still pretty low, they didn't move very much, so there are other SBC fodder Investments.

Now would probably be the best time to sell, just take the FUT Coins. Because you don't know what's going to be happening in the following weeks, we never know if there's going to be another mini promo which could cause a mini-crash after this Black Friday. So in my opinion, it's just a lot safer to take the Coins right now. However, if you want to take a bit of a risk, you can still wait until the Cyber Monday promo event.

Black Friday has also brought the best of team of the week which we weren't expecting after they announced that they wouldn't be in the premium team of the week packs, but they have dropped it after all and they go out of packs on Tuesday. So that makes sense for a Black Friday promo, they came out on Thursday, they out for Friday Saturday Sunday and then Cyber Monday and then they're out of packs on Tuesday, a lot of those cards have dropped heavily in price and they could go even lower during the weekend with people opening up FUT champions, tradable packs and stuff like that. So there is going to be an opportunity to get in on some of those. But for the most part, going in on informs during Black Friday have historically never been a good idea. So do not invest in TOTW for the first time this year because Team of the Week has been a very reliable way of making coins for us, it's probably made a majority of our profits because we buy on the weekend and then we sell later in the week and it just works consistently. 

FIFA 23 Black Friday Investments 

- The 85s are very low right now, those are really good Investments. 86s have dropped a little bit as well, so those are solid.

- World Cup Path to Glory cards. We saw the loading screen for Black Friday, we saw this SBC came out and so all of that combined, it really pushed the path to glory Market down in price overall, there are certain cards that have done better than others. But most of it is down in price. Ronald Araujo, Goretzka, Denis Zakaria.

- Ones to Watch cards, Darwin Núñez, Anthony, Sadio Mane.

We've seen the market crash Black Friday is going to inject coins into the game, we're going to see a lot of coins added to the buying power, so cards that are good and bad investments are going to be great Investments and cards that are bad Investments are going to be terrible Investments. We probably are going to see a lot of those cards drop farther and we're going to see a lot of those cards Skyrocket back up depending on how their team is performing.
