Top NBA 2K23 Silencer Cards - Which Silencer Cards Are Worth Buying in NBA 2K23 MyTEAM

Today we are going to be going over all of the new silencer players in NBA 2K23 MyTeam. We have got Robert Horry, Jerry West, Michael Jordan, Jayson Tatum, Baron Davis and Paul Pierce. So Robert Horry and Jerry West are the two new cards that we have not seen, there are two diamonds, one pink diamond in the takeoff card. Now let’s take a look some of the silencer cards that are worth buying for NBA 2K23. 

Which Silencer Cards Are Worth Buying in NBA 2K23 MyTEAM

Amethyst Robert Horry - PF/SF - 91

He is a 6’10’’ small forward with possible speed, good lateral quickness, a really good three-point shot, more than possible defense, he's a hof clutch shooter, silver bully. If Robert Horry has got a good release, this might be a top four small forward in the game, like if he is a good release this card is going to be better than the Elgin Baylor.

Amethyst Jerry West - PG/SG - 91

Jerry West is a non-shooting point guard or a non-dunking point guard with a good jump shot, so Jerry West has got a half clutch shooter, gold catch and shoot, gold corner specialist and bronze limitless range, really solid defense. He's not going to be dunking the ball, but Jerry West already depends on his release. Agbaji’s base isn't too bad, at the same time bases don't mean everything on cards, so we do have to take that into account. But he does have the normal leaner, he could be good, Robert could be a nice card because he can't really dunk, but he's got that really good defense and he also comes with ankle braces, challenger, only bronze glove though and he can't get anything better which is a little bit of an issue. His dribble style is horrendous, he can’t run out of a breast, the release is really good, so Jerry West is going to be a cone point guard.

Amethyst Michael Jordan - SG/SF - 91

In terms of Michael Jordan, he's got 88 speed, 88 acceleration, 66 shot 3pt which is a lot better than we expected (70). But if you've got a coach that gives them +4, that goes up to 70. He's got good speed, really nice defense, some solid defensive badges. No Clump Breaker’s a little bit of an issue, so we don't see this card being better than like Danny Green and he’s being over 20k, so he's probably the worst of the three amethyst. 

Diamond Paul Pierce - SF/PF - 94

This is a 6’7’’ player with 6’10’’ wingspan, 83 speed, 83 acceleration, 92 shot 3pt, 86 perimeter defense, 84 lateral quickness, he's got his own release, Trae Young dribble style is not too bad, he's got no real defensive badges, his defense is a little bit lower than we expected. He gets handles for days, but he doesn't get quick first step, you have to give that to him, he can't get clamp breaker. In terms of shooting, he does have half Lesley's leads, he's got clutch shooter and Hall of Fame, he's a catch and shoot on Hall of Fame and his release isn't as bad as was expected. If he ends up wearing 30k, he's going to be fine.

Diamond Baron Davis PG/SG - 94

His dribble style is okay, he does still have Daimler base, a lot of people are asking why does he still have Dame base, the Opera effect so much on a jump shot now. He's still got damian base, he’s still got the normal release timing, he's still got damian lillard free throw, he's got Jordan's crossover. He has 90 lateral quickness, 90 steal, gold Interceptor, he's got silver clamps, he's got silver clam breaker, only Silver Quick First Step which isn't great. He's got 90 driving dunk, good defense, interior running 54. He's a more than solid option, he’s also got those finishing badges, he’s really nice.

Diamond Michael Jordan - SG/SF - 94

74 shot 3pt is okay, 92 speed and 92 acceleration is excellent, goldman is all fall past, he can't get clamp breaker for some reason. 90 driving dunk, he can't get bullied or he can't get clamp breaker. He's going to be an unbelievable lock and he's going to shoot the lights out. He's a really good defender, he's gonna shoot the ball pretty well, he's nothing spectacular.

Pink Diamond Jayson Tatum - SF/PF - 95

88 speed, 80 acceleration, 90 shot pt, 90 driving dunk, 84 interior, 75 steal, 86 lateral on Tatum. So Tatum’s stats are fine, his defensive eyes are fine, take them all around is a beast. He can't get bullied, he can't get above bronze line breaker, but Tatum is still going to be the best cone in the game because he's going to dribble that well, he is like the spot-up shooter, he's going to be a straight-up cone. He's super expensive, if you are on a budget, you're probably looking at Robert Horry and Jerry West, maybe Jordan. But like Tatum’s 300K for a cone.

Pink Diamond Michael Jordan - SG/SF - 95

Michael Jordan probably being over a million, only a 77 three ball on Jordan's pink diamond. He also can't get bullied or he comes a gold clamp breaker, he gets his 95 dunk, he's one of probably the best defender in the game because of his animations. He gets only 73 block, 89 steal, 76 interior.

So in terms of these silencer cards being worth it like Robert is already definitely worth it, Jerry West probably worth it, one of those two is going to be really cheap. Michael Jordan amethyst is not great, Michael Jordan is fine, the best player here in this set is Jason Tatum. So Michael Jordan is great, Jason Tatum is great, if you have the coins, buy him. Paul Pierce, indifference. Byron Davis, if he ends up being around 30k, buy him. Michael Jordan diamonds, indifference. Robert Horry, thumbs up.
