Similar to other unique items in Diablo 2 Resurrected, the Arachnid Mesh is dropped randomly so there's no guarantee of finding it in any specific location. However, there are some spots where it's much more likely to drop than in others. If you really want to get Arachnid Mesh, you can repeatedly play through these areas until one drops:

1. Baal and His Minions (The Worldstone Chamber in Nightmare Mode)

Dropping Rating: 1:2000

One of the best runs for the Arachnid Mesh that you might consider is in nightmare difficulty and actually, it is Baal and his minions having a decent chance of dropping the Arachnid Mesh. About 1:2000 is the chance of any of Baal's minions dropping this belt and Baal himself also has a fairly decent rating of dropping the belt now. Nightmare difficulty might not be the best place if you're looking for a rack Arachnid Mesh, but if you're struggling at hell difficulty levels then this is probably the best run.

And we think Baal and his minions are pretty much the only run in nightmare difficulty just because it requires a certain level of monster to drop the belt and anything below ACT 5 is going to be too low level minus a couple of super uniques. 

2. Diablo & His Five Seals (The Chaos Sanctuary in Hell Mode)

Dropping Rating: 1:1800

Next off, we're going to head on over into hell difficulty and this is Diablo himself and Diablo's seal guardians in the River of Flame that is the Grand Vizier of Chaos who is over here by unlocking the seals Diablo's minions. The Grand Vizier of Chaos and Lord De Seis all have a pretty good chance of dropping the Arachnid Mesh, with roughly 1:380 drop ratings from Diablo's seal bosses and 1:180 chances from Diablo himself. So Diablo in hell difficulties is probably your best single kill - actually the fastest easiest kill to get Arachnid Mesh, also relatively safe to do for at least sorcerer's class.

3. Eldritch the Rectifier (Frigid Highlands - Hell Mode)

Dropping Rating: 1:383

Frigid Highlands could be a fast farm spot for Arachnid Mesh and actually, it also has a great possibility to drop a lot of other really good items and D2R runes too. We just jumped to the frigid highlands waypoint in Hell difficulty and the first stop we encounter is Eldritch the Rectifier, he has approximately a 1 in 383 chance of dropping the base item type for the Arachnid Mesh which is the spiderweb sash.

4. Shenk The Overseer (Bloody Foothills in Frigid Highlands - Hell Mode)

Dropping Rating: 1:380

Next on the list, we have another really quick run for Arachnid Mesh. We can just head right down to Shenk The Overseer who has also about the same drop chance as Eldritch the Rectifier does, 1 in 383 (give or take) and again he can drop all sorts of other great items.

5. Dac Farren (Bloody Foothills in Frigid Highlands - Hell Mode)

Dropping Rating: 1:383

Next up, we can quickly teleport down to Dac Farren, he has also a comparable drop chance and he's quick to get to after the catapult if you have teleport. Anyway, he can be found at the bottleneck between the first and second half of the Bloody Foothills right after the caravan.

6. Pindleskin (Nihlathak's Temple - Hell Mode)

Dropping Rating: 1:21039

Pindleskin has a series of four super unique bosses that all have some of the highest chances of dropping this particular item. Pindleskin has a slightly less good chance and can be a little bit dangerous sometimes depending on his auras
