Considering the strengths and weaknesses of each DPS spec and the class changes, below is an updated DPS tier list for TWW Season 2 (11.1.5).

1. Balance Druid - S Tier

Balance Druid is going to be an S-tier ranged DPS in the TWW 11.1.5 Patch. Their ability to provide buffs like Mark of the Wild, alongside strong crowd control options such as Typhoon and Solar Beam, makes them invaluable in dungeons. The recent adjustments to their cooldowns and the flexibility of their playstyle allow them to adapt to various situations, this DPS is also a top pick for group compositions.

2. Windwalker Monk - S Tier

Windwalker Monk is strong with excellent burst damage and utility in party scenarios. They can deal significant damage while providing healing and mobility.

3. Elemental Shaman - S Tier

Their strong AoE capabilities and solid single-target damage, combined with utility spells like Bloodlust and crowd control, keep them at the top tier for group content.

4. Unholy Death Knight - A Tier

Unholy Death Knights perform well with exceptional AoE burst damage and survivability. They excel in Mythic Plus dungeons with high damage output and the ability to sustain themselves through leech effects and defensive cooldowns. Their utility, including battle resurrection and strong crowd control, makes them highly sought after, particularly in group content where their AoE capabilities shine.

5. Fire Mage - A Tier

Fire Mages have seen a significant boost in viability, particularly with enhanced damage from their tier set and the ability to use Combustion more frequently. Their high single-target and AoE damage capabilities, combined with excellent survivability and utility, make them a strong option for Mythic Plus content. The flexibility to adapt to different scenarios without sacrificing much performance keeps them competitive, though they may not reach the same peak as Unholy DKs or Balance Druids.

6. Frost Death Knight - A Tier

Frost Death Knights have also received buffs, enhancing their overall damage output and competitiveness in Mythic Plus. While they may not be as dominant as Unholy Death Knights, their strong burst potential and utility through grips make them a solid choice. Their playstyle is still engaging, and they contribute significantly to group dynamics, ensuring they stay relevant in the current meta.

7. Enhancement Shaman - A Tier

Enhancement Shamans have seen buffs that increase their damage output significantly. Their high burst potential and utility through totems and crowd control make them a valuable addition to dungeon groups. While they may not be as consistently strong as the top-tier specs, their engaging playstyle and contributions keep them competitive in A Tier.

8. Marksmanship Hunter - A Tier

Marksmanship Hunters is a strong choice for ranged DPS, especially with their recent buffs improving their viability in dungeons. Their ability to deal consistent damage while providing utility ensures they maintain a solid position. They rank in A Tier, where their performance is commendable, but they might not reach the heights of the very top specs.

9. Assassination Rogue - A Tier

Assassination Rogues have maintained a strong position in A Tier due to their solid single-target damage and burst potential. While they may not have the same AoE capabilities as other classes, their utility and engaging mechanics keep them relevant in Mythic+ content.

10. Arms Warrior - A Tier

Arms Warriors continue to perform well in Mythic+, benefiting from strong cleave damage and burst potential. Their recent adjustments have improved their competitiveness, allowing them to remain a valuable option for dungeon groups. They rank in A Tier, reflecting their solid performance and utility.

Demonology Warlocks have seen buffs that enhance their damage potential, allowing them to rise to A Tier. Their engaging gameplay and improved output make them a strong choice for players, especially in Mythic Plus content.

Destruction Warlocks also benefit from substantial damage buffs, elevating their overall performance. They find themselves in A Tier, where their engaging mechanics and burst damage potential attract players.

13. Havoc Demon Hunter - B Tier

While still decent, Havoc's performance is overshadowed by other melee specs that offer more utility and burst damage.

14. Retribution Paladin - B Tier

Ret's damage output is solid, but its slow ramp-up time and lack of mobility can be limiting in dynamic dungeon environments.

15. Devastation Evoker - B Tier

Devastation Evokers continue to struggle in the current meta, lacking the performance needed to compete effectively in high-level content. While they offer some utility, their damage output is not on par with other classes. As such, they are put in B Tier, where players might find them less appealing for Mythic Plus groups, especially given the rise of more competitive specs.

16. Feral Druid - B Tier

Feral Druids have maintained a decent position but have not seen the same level of buffs as their Balance counterparts. Their ability to deal consistent damage makes them viable, but they lack the utility and burst potential offered by other top classes. This places them in B Tier, where they can contribute but may struggle to stand out in high-pressure situations.

17. Arcane Mage - B Tier

Arcane Mages have received some buffs, improving their damage potential, particularly in AoE situations. However, they still face challenges in terms of mobility and survivability compared to Fire Mages. Their ranking in B Tier reflects a balance of solid performance, but they are less desirable than other ranged DPS options for M+.

18. Affliction Warlock - B Tier

Affliction Warlocks have received buffs that improve their damage potential, but they still face challenges in terms of overall effectiveness in Mythic Plus. Their ranking in B Tier reflects a solid performance, but they may struggle against the more competitive classes.

19. Beast Mastery Hunter - B Tier

Beast Mastery Hunters would be in B Tier, where they provide decent damage but lack the engaging mechanics and utility of higher-ranking specs. Their performance is stable, but they do not stand out in the current meta, making them a less popular choice for Mythic Plus.

20. Shadow Priest - B Tier

Shadow Priests continue to face challenges in the current meta, with their performance not matching that of other DPS classes. Their ranking in B Tier reflects their utility and some damage potential, but they are less competitive compared to top-tier options.

21. Outlaw Rogue - B Tier

Outlaw Rogues maintain a solid position in B Tier, benefiting from engaging gameplay and decent damage output. However, they still face competition from higher-performing specs and may struggle to stand out in Mythic Plus content.

22. Frost Mage - C Tier

Frost Mages have struggled to maintain relevance in the current meta, facing challenges in both damage output and engaging gameplay. Their ranking in C Tier reflects the need for significant buffs to compete effectively with higher-performing specs, making them less desirable for Mythic Plus groups.

23. Subtlety Rogue - C Tier

Subtlety Rogue is ranked in the lowest tier, this spec is struggling with damage output outside of their cooldowns. While they have engaging mechanics during burst phases, their overall performance keeps them in C Tier, making them a less favorable choice for Mythic Plus.

24. Survival Hunter - C Tier

Survival Hunters continue to struggle due to a lack of impactful changes and low performance. They can only be ranked in the C Tier as their damage output does not compete well with other classes.

25. Fury Warrior - C Tier

Fury Warriors experience a drop in overall effectiveness, leading to a ranking in C Tier. Their gameplay lacks the excitement and damage potential seen in higher-tier classes, making them a less favorable option.

26. Augmentation Evoker - C Tier

Augmentation Evokers are at the bottom of the rankings because this spec lacks competitive performance and utility in M+. Players are advised to pivot away from this spec, as it does not offer the same value as others.
