There were many more items on this list, but they recently took the loot away from a lot of the bosses in Brimstone Sands because they were being exploited. Luck 

No increase to Drop rate, No increase to Drop Rarity, but mayor increased to *Named* Drop chance. So you will get the same amount of Potions/Greens/Blues/Craftmods, but once you get an Epic, you have a X% higher chance its named.

There are a ton of questions surrounding luck in the community, does it improve my drop rate, should I have luck stuff like that? The quick answer is yes, but the real answer is a bit more complicated. When you are farming a named item from a boss, luck will not increase the frequency that boss drops the items. So increasing your luck won't solve the no drop problem. However, what luck does do is when the creature does drop an item it increases your odds at getting loot from the named item Loop bucket. When you kill a boss and you happen to get lucky and access this named item Loop bucket, luck has zero effect on which item from the loot choice you will get. So if a monster drops one or two potential legendaries, having loot luck will have a huge impact. But if it drops 6 to 10, you may be frustrated regardless of luck because you may get many named but there is nothing you can do to influence which name you get.

Anargirou of Duat

First we have the Anubian War Staff, this staff comes with intellect, empowering meteor shower, chain fire and refreshing move and the lifestyle Tide of Moonlight which comes with focus blessed, refreshing divine embrace and corruption bane. And the spear balance of duet which comes with dex as the main attribute trenchant recovery, mortal refreshment and keen vault kick.

Colossus of Karnak

The next boss we will be farming will be the Colossus of Karnak. This guy drops Wallbuilder, the warhammer. This weapon comes with strength, trenchant strikes, ancient bane and mortal power. When you see groups farming here, this is the item they're generally farming and Horizon Line, the greatsword. This greatsword comes with decks as the main attribute, refreshing evasion, mortal power and vicious.

Dalao of Harwa

This boss drops some light pants, Focus of Dalao, these pants come with focus, elemental aversion, fortifying sacred ground and luck. As well as heart of dalao, a ring with dex, thrust, refreshing evasion and hearty.

Heka of the Crossroads

The next boss is a little different than the others, it has two spawn locations. Depending on what time of day it is, go to where he will be spawning in order to farm him. This boss drops Regular Pants, these are light pants which come with constitution, refreshing, shirking fortification and resilient. These are almost best for PVP and definitely worth coming to farm. As well as Heart of Heka, a ring with strike, refreshing, slash damage and leeching, a great ring for a greatsword vampire build.

Judge of Purity

The next two bosses are very close together, right across the street from each other really. First the Judge of Purity, this boss drops an amulet with 24 focus, divine, slash protection and health.

Judge of Sin

Across from this guy, we have the Judge of Sin, and he drops Sinner Slayer Gun, a blunderbuss that comes with strength, vicious, chain void and plague crits. Also, the Jaws of Oblivion, this comes with intellect, plagued crits, mortal power and vicious.

Keeper of Khnum

The next possible we'll be looking at is the Keeper of Khnum. This boss is up on the ledge and can easily be missed. He drops Spearman’s Gloves. These are medium gloves with dex, ancient ward, physical aversion and invigorated. As well as a spear named Khnum’s key, this comes with dex keen speed, rogue and ancient bane.

Luxendra the Wise

The first thing we can farm from this boss is Cleric’s Cowl. This light helm comes with 9 constitution, 15 focus, physical aversion, resilient and refreshing evasion. Also a ring named Heart of Alexandra, this ring comes with intelligence, refreshing, slash damage and leeching.

Merciful Hepu

This boss drops a great Rapier Hunter's Claw. This comes with dex, sundering riposte, trenchent and Rend and refreshing evasion. As well as Heart of Hepu, a ring with constitution, hearty, slash damage and enfeebling.

Ophois the Joyful

This is the most dangerous boss on the list, so if you can find a friend to bring, do so. But if not, come with leeching and potions on hand. This boss drops joyful gloves, these are light gloves that come with focus, elemental aversion, freedom and refreshing. And Frozen Hope, the ice gauntlet which comes with intelligence, unending thaw, trenching crits, and mortal power.

Rafik of Bishara

This boss will drop Guardian’s Resolve, a one-handed sword with strength, dex and refreshing move, corrupted bane and thwarting strikes. As well as another one-hand sword named Protector's Fury, this one comes with strength, refreshing move, empowering whirling blade and mortal power. Great choices depending on your build with the shield.

Setcheh the Cobra

This boss drops weapons from this update Fangs of Sachet, a bow which comes with dex enfeebling shot, accuracy and plagued strikes. A bow with plague strikes is very interesting. He also drops Snakeskin Boots, light boots with constitution, focus, skinning luck, indestructible and beast ward. Skinning lock boots with beast ward makes sense, but having con and focus as the attributes more than a little strange.

Stubbles the Goat King

This boss can be more than a little bit annoying, he has found way up top right beside the rune and he can and will knock you off, so be careful. He drops an amazing Helm the Castro Crown of the Goat-King. This heavy helm comes with constitution, strength, ancient ward, refreshing ward and physical aversion. And gloves, these are also heavy Bouldering Gloves. These gloves come with constitution, empowering breaker, refreshing and resilient and for all of you out there looking for shields in brimstone, this guy drops one, it's called Headbutt the round shield. This comes with constitution, thrust shield ward, keenly empowered and diminishing shield bash.

Temple Guardian Sepes

This boss drops Explorer’s Shoes, these medium boots come with strength dex, luck, indestructible and refreshing. As well as a lifestaff Branch of Sepes. This stuff comes with focus, blessed, accelerating light’s embrace and refreshing evasion. A very nice starter staff for a fresh level 60.
