Please restart your console and game after you enable 2FA.

1. Go to www.epicgames.com/account/personal

2. Ensure that you are signed out

3. Sign In with the Platform Account (Xbox Live/PSN/Steam/Swtich account) that you currently play on

4. You will return to the Epic Games site and you will see the following:

Complete all required fields

IMPORTANT:

The email you use must not already be registered to another Epic Games Account and must be a valid email that only you have access to Read the terms of service and then check the box: I have read and agree to the terms of service.

5. Enter account management

6. Enter Connections :

If you see your Platform Account Disconnect means your account linked to Epic successfully.

7. Click the PASSWORD & SECURITY tab

8. Click the 2FA option you want to enable

If you opt to use an authenticator app for 2FA, these common authenticator apps can be found in your mobile device app store:

• Google Authenticator
• Authenticator
• Microsoft Authenticator
• Authy

9. If you see the following:

Then your Two-factor authentication on Epic enabled successfully.
