What is Coldkill in Diablo 2 Resurrected?
Coldkill Unique Hatchet, it has a strong affinity for cold, increasing cold damage and increasing cold resistance. While its ability to slow foes is useful, it is less effective in Nightmare and Hell difficulty, where the durations of enemies' slows are shorter, because of its ineffectiveness against enemies that are immune to Cold.
When coupled with other attack speed items, due to its increased attack speed and cold damage and its ability to freeze enemies with ice blast, Coldkill is a great melee weapon for both damaging and slowing down enemies. It has a high chance to drop in (Nightmare Difficulty) Dry Hills area and an even higher chance to drop from farming the (Nightmare Difficulty) The Countess (Act 5 | The Worldstone Chamber) Boss in D2R.
