GGG have reintroduced Build of the Week, by some miracle, they chose a build that we have been wanting to try out for the past week, however, they went with an On Hit Version with Vulconus. We go over an interesting variation of the build of the week, and showcase how it can be used to kill Ubers in poe.
Build Overview
Build revolves around Saqawal's Flock Helmet, which triggers level 20 Twister when you gain Avian's Might or Avian's Flight.
Lower Duration with Saqawal's Boots and Gloves (Up to -2 Seconds), support with Less Duration and Swift Affliction.
Get 60% Reduced Duration from 2x Timeclasp Rings and Warped Timepiece, Additional 25% Reduced Duration from Tree.
Build Variant Revolves around Stacking Poisons with Twisters and utilizing Occultist to maximize damage.
Some math:
For less duration, with lvl 20, 23% quality less duration socketed into shield, it'll be 69% (nice) less duration, swift affliction is 25% less and there's 10% less in the duration mastery.
For reduced duration, 2x timeclapse and warped timepiece is 60% reduced, with additional 25% reduced on the tree.
Assuming ~ -1.8 sec gloves and boosts, the duration of each avian buff is 2.2 secs.
2.2*(1-0.69)(1-0.1)(1-0.25)*(1-(0.6-0.25))=0.069 secs. (duration of each buff)
Tree Overview
Focus on getting Spell Suppression Clusters to get 100% Spell Suppression.
Large Chaos Cluster Jewel to get %Chaos Damage and %Ailment Duration.
Doryani's Jewel for extra ES Buffer.
Chance to Poison on Tree in order to get 100% Chance to Poison with Herald of Agony.
Aura Clusters in order to fit 2x Blasphemy (Temporal Chains/Despair), Herald of Agony, and Aspect of the Avian.
Item Overview
Very Unique Dependent, using covenant for single target and death's oath for clear, Oleysa’s Delight is used to gain affliction charges, allowing us to convert frenzy charges to 8% more damage over time, dagger with hits can’t be evaded and 2x minimum frenzy charges, shield has reservation efficiency craft and +2 minimum frenzy charges, could go for +2 maximum resistance.

Final Tips for POE
Build has serious survivability issus in both versions for Uber Bosses. No spell Suppression or Max Resistance is unplayable in hard content.
Twister's Damage is around 5 to 10M DPS, but you need to be on top of boss to do optimal damage. Slower Projectiles should help out tremendously on single target.
Capable of doing all Uber Bosses as playstyle allows you to just run around in circles with decent damage uptime.
Very interesting build concept that revolves around reducing skill Duration. (Similar to Hateforge VLS)
